One of the worst experiences I’ve had at a hotel. We were not able to check in until 10pm because they were “short staffed” and couldn’t get the room ready. After trying two times before to check in that’s when they finally let us go to the room, but not before saying that the buildings air conditioning isn’t working. We tried to leave and get another hotel, but due to needing a baby crib and it being so late we were unable to so we had to stay there. The room was hideously decorated, had holes in the curtains, dirty stains on the rug, and the furniture was falling apart. Since the a/c was broken we had to open the windows and could hear everything. A party was going on at the corner till 5am so no sleep for us with a baby. Next night, a party across the way that yet again made soo much noise there was no sleeping. I ended up closing the windows and sleeping in 85 temperature to semi no hear the noise. Breakfast was terrible, bread and crossiants in a bag and hard boiled eggs. With everything that happened they offered free breakfast, but I already purchased the rate with it included and was told they couldn’t refund me. I will calling and emailing until I receive some sort of compensation, but was told by two staff that it was “impossible” to refund us because we went through an outside agency, being Expedia. I will also be contacting Expedia to see what they can do to help me. Again, worse experience I’ve had at a hotel. Do NOT stay here.
