The exterior appearance may surprise you but when you enter this lovely Old Town home with its large bright windows and fascinating levels, you will be amazed at the feeling of space, and in love with the views! After spending the day carving up the slopes, sink down into one of the comfy, overstuffed living room sofas and snuggle in next to the fireplace with a steaming mug of hot cocoa. The open floor plan extends to a bright dining room and fully equipped kitchen where you can whip up your favorite dishes to enjoy at the breakfast bar or around the rustic wood dining table.

For the ultimate relaxing evening, slip into the hot tub on your private deck, perched above all the hustle and bustle, and watch as the stars begin to twinkle in the velvety black sky. When it's time to call it a day, you'll find three beautiful bedrooms, all with mountain touches and modern conveniences like a full en-suite bath in each room. The spacious master suite hosts a king-sized bed and cozy reading chair for those quieter moments. The second bedroom features a comfy queen-sized bed with a lovely scrolled headboard and a charming quilt that reflects the mountain lifestyle. The third room has a captain's bunk with a roomy full-size bed below and twin above. And if you need some extra space, you can find a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

Ready for a little adventure? Exit the front door, turn to the right, go just past the neighboring house, and discover one of the many amazing staircases located throughout Old Town. You're just moments, and 142 steps, from the amazing array of unique shops, excellent restaurants and bars. The Town Lift, providing hassle free access to Park City Mountain Resort, is located conveniently near the bottom of Main.

We loved the location of this home, and the layout was great for what we wanted to do. The hot tub on the deck was a crowd pleaser with great views down valley. Other than a few puzzles with missing pieces the place was great and would stay again.

spent 3 days here with a group of five adults. Terrific location if you are fine with climbing the town stairs down to Main Street (a 3 minute walk down the stairs and 5-10 minute walk up). Easy access to the Quit'n Time run to Town Lift. The property has a slightly quirky layout but very clean and comfortable. Communication with the property management company was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

It worked for our group with a few kinks!
Loved the location and it worked fine for 4 seniors over 68 to take the steps down to town. The stairs to the bedrooms were difficult at times, especially getting our large suitcases up and down 15 stairs. The pictures of the property made it look bigger and brighter. There needs to be some updates like carpet & the thermostat was not set correctly for our first night (it was 53 degrees inside the first morning!) The remotes to central TV need to be explained better and batteries checked.. Loved the hot tub and kitchen was functional for us!

Perfect summer spot
We were perfectly placed between the lively enjoyable downtown Park city and easy access to lovely trails. Our family of six had plenty of rooms and loved the games and puzzles. Downtown was filled with interesting shops and restaurants and the wild flowers were in full bloom on the trails.

We had a great stay. Home couldn't be cleaner, kitchen well stocked, and rental company did a fantastic job of arranging our pre-arrival grocery shopping. The hot tub was a particular hit. The house served our group well with ample place for seating and to be in the kitchen together. The location listing is accurate, but be aware it is quite a steep climb up two flights of stairs from main street. We puffed up each time we walked to town. A neighbor informed up is also is possible to walk a short distance to ski in from Quit'n'time run, but Park City Mountain hadn't groomed that run this year, and our skiers found it too hard. In other years when it was groomed it would be very convenient and a nice alternative to walking down (and back) from the lift.

Enjoyable stay with friends and family at well-furnished and well-situated house in Park City. Legendary dining and evening entertainment were two flights of a somewhat long, but nice, set of stairways, away.

This house had everything we could ask for. Short walking distance to ski slopes in one direction and Main St in the other and great views from the hot tub on the back deck. The management company was quick and responsive to a low battery in a smoke detector. We highly recommend this house to anyone considering a visit to Park City.

Great Location and Great Property Manager
Up one flight of steps to Norfolk and then three houses done is the ski area that takes you to the Town Lift. The house is lovely with upscale kitchen. The hot tub on the deck has a phenomenal view. There are three bedrooms, two average size and then a very large master. One of the smaller rooms has a shower and the other has a tub. The master has both and has been updated recently. The property manager is great. We were able to get into the location at 12:30 and all I needed was a text and the code was given via email. There was a welcome basket with treats/snacks and a six pack of local brew along with a couple energy drinks. They checked the next day to ensure everything was to our liking and it certainly was. The checkout process is easy as well. Just text when leaving. We will be back!

Fabulous house!
An amazing house with the perfect location. As long as you don't mind stairs, which there are lot in the home, this is a perfect home. It accommodated 7 guests, 3 adults and 4 children with EASE. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our time here. The house was clean and spacious and the laundry next to bedrooms was convenient. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to work in. The staff that checked on us was very helpful. Hot tub had beautiful views and was clean and well-maintained. It was located close to downtown although there were a few stairs but it was close enough that it didn't matter. Overall we loved it and would book again when we head to Park City again.

great family house, especially with my grandaughter's visiting. Best qualities, beautiful view from kitchen, wellstocked kitchen, plenty of towels, hottub was wonderful after skiing, easy assess to Main St., attached garage, quiet street, spacious master bedroom,staff helpful, bunkroom works for smaller children. Negative, needs new carpeting to make it perfect, also be ready for a workout, lots of stairs and walking back up from Main St. is challenging with little ones. Would definitely go back again

Comfortable 3bed 4bath home. Near to ski trail and Main Street.
Beautifully presented and well appointed home. Ideal location 5 minutes down steps to Main Street. 5 minutes up steps to ski trail for access to town lift. Free bus service provides access to Deer Valley, and Food market. Property Manager provides excellent concierge service for restaurant bookings and pick up service for Ski lift passes. Ski Butlers provides ski rental delivery service. Weather and Snow in the last week of January were excellent. Town was busy with Sundance Film festival. The slopes were uncrowded as a consequence.
