Cozy Condo at Canyons Village Park City Resort, 2 BR + Loft

As frequent vacation renters ourselves, we remodeled the condo into a place we would want to stay regularly. Fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfy beds and linens, ski storage, and a 48" flat screen TV. Add in the cozy blankets, locally roasted coffee beans, and restaurant recommendations, it's your home away from home. The clubhouse is across the street and includes pools, hot tubs, a sauna, tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court. Both bedrooms have queen-size beds and the loft has a pull-out full-size bed.

The Neighborhood

Located at Red Pine condos, it's the perfect location for easy access to Kimball Junction and Park City Main Street. You are at the base of The Canyons Village, part of Park City Mountain Resort and Canyons Golf Course. Running trails, mountain biking, hiking, and snowshoeing are all minutes away.

Getting Around

Free parking is available right in front of the condo. Cabriolet to The Canyons Village and a Park City bus stop are a 5 min walk from the condo door.

Fantastic!
Really loved everything about our stay. Tara was so helpful with additional information about the area and things to do, and really responsive to my many communications. The condo is perfect and easy access to the slopes - even has an actual functioning kitchen with everything we needed - quite possibly a first for us with all the places we've stayed. Highly recommend!

Check-in process was a pain. There was a mixup with the cleaning service and they ended up arriving well after check-in. The manager expected us to wait to check in to accommodate their issue. WiFi didn't work initially and required a reboot of the router. There were also some oddities with the condo. The bedroom upstairs didn't close fully because the door was over a stairway. This meant plenty of noise from the main living room area. While the convenience to the slopes was as advertised, it just didn't have the same superhost feel we're used to.

We had a great time in the condo and at Park City. We had all that we needed and the condo was very comfortably furnished. The host was very quick to respond to messages and the place was very clean and well maintained. We love staying in Red Pine Condos due to the amenities (including the awesome shuttle) and look forward to coming again!

Great Condo
We had a great time at the condo in Park City. Very close to everything, yet quiet enough to enjoy some time away. The condo was extremely clean and well stocked. Dan and Tara were fantastic to work with. We can't wait to go back.

Perfect Rental
This was the perfect home base for our Park City adventure. The check in/ check out process couldn’t have been easier. The rental itself was spotless. We were conveniently located to everything we wanted to see and do. There is no air conditioning but opening the windows at night really does help cool the place down. The pool, lift to upper village and 711 are all in walking distance. Warning: the lift to the upper village does not run everyday. This rental was perfect for my little family of 3. We couldn’t have been happier.

We're very happy that we stayed here.
I wouldn't dare saying anything negative about this condo. There are some minors flaws that disappear when it comes to the advantages. Very comfortable rooms and beds, I specially liked the walk-in shower (it's actually a lot safer). Plenty of towels (we missed kitchen towels). The kitchen provides utensils for 04 people comfortably. There are also a very handy, good quality and new looking, washer and dryer. I also liked the heating system based only on the fireplace. Easy to set and program. This condo is a very interesting option, considering its location, proximity to all attractions, right in the middle between Kimball Junction and the old town of Park City.

Perfect location for skiing in Park City/Deer Valley
This condo was perfect for our family of four! It was as clean as a whistle and had everything ready for us, including laundry supplies and toiletries. The pool key was not on site, but the owners responded very quickly and made the pool staff aware, again, no problems. The pool and hot tub were heated and clean and an excellent way to end the day. While the condo was close enough to the Canyons to take the bus, we rented a car and were able to easily drive between ski resorts. We will plan to return for our next ski trip!!!

Excellent Canyons Village Family Condo
We had a great experience at this well-equipped condo. The location was fantastic and we had plenty of room for our party of five. It is easy to walk to a bus stop to go into Park City and for the Canyons Village area you can download the Canyon Village Connect app for free rides to the base of the gondola. Property management was very responsive to our questions and we had everything we needed for a great spring break vacation. I would definitely stay at this condo again.

Perfect for us
A great property for my family of 4 skiers. Beautifully decorated, immaculately clean. Felt right at home. Walking distance to the canyons village. We like to eat out so the small kitchen was not an issue for us but if you like to cook and intend to have a sit down meals you might be tight. But for us perfect and will definitely be back. Hosts were great for providing recommendations of where to go and how to get around. Thank you!

Great Condo!
Tara and Becca have a wonderful condo that is pretty awesome. Great location in the Park City Canyons. Condo was very well outfitted, and they even put in nice touches for the season with a small Xmas tree and some lights. We would have been comfortable there for quite a bit longer than our 5 day stay. Quick walk down to the Cabriolet lift, and a free shuttle service to bring you back after a long day of skiing. Great property that we feel lucky to have found.

This is a MUST stay in PC!
I ended up staying at this rental for 2 months, while working remotely and getting a change of scene. It is truly as advertised -- lovely, cozy, good location, and clean. If this rental is available, snatch it up before someone else does. You won't regret it!

Lovely condo for Park City getaway
Our family of 2 adults and 2 elementary-aged children stayed at this condo for 3 nights in the summer. Overall, we were pleased, and I would consider staying here again. The condo is beautifully decorated and was a comfortable size for our family of 4. As others have noted, the second bedroom is just a loft space that does not have a solid wall between it and the downstairs living room area (although it does have blinds in the "windows" looking over the loft area for privacy). We didn't find this to be a problem because we just did quiet activities like reading after our kids went to bed upstairs. But this could be an issue if one half of your party wants to go to bed upstairs and the second half watches TV/chats/plays board games in the living room. If you visit in the summer, you may also find that the upstairs loft/bedroom is too warm to be comfortable (as this property does NOT have air conditioning). It has both a ceiling fan and a floor fan, but even running those and leaving the windows open, one of my kids complained it was uncomfortably hot (to be fair, the high temps in the days were in the mid90s). The condo was well stocked when it came to linens and kitchen equipment. Beds and couches were comfortable. The dining table is a bit small, and the area it was located in was cramped, so we found ourselves putting our kids at the table while the adults ate in the living room. Presence of a washer/dryer was very useful. However, be advised that the dryer does NOT vent the hot air outside and instead vents it into the condo unit. This is probably a bonus in the winter, but in the summer it is an issue due to the lack of air conditioning because it really increases the temperature inside the apartment. If visiting in the summer, highly recommend line drying your laundry on the balcony (we did this for our second load and it dried quickly due to the heat/lack of humidity). Condo is extremely well-located. On the grounds of the Canyons resort, and a quick 10 minute drive to the Park City resort (alpine slide, alpine coaster, etc.), historic downtown Park City, and shopping (including a grocery store and a Walmart). Hosts were extremely responsive! Pool area is awesome -- two pools (one with waterfall), outdoor hot tub and indoor hot tub, and sauna. Our kids loved it.

Perfect getaway for spring skiing. Condo is clean, well-equipped containing everything you could think of. Not technically ski-in and ski-out but pretty much felt like it given the ease of using the shuttle through the app. Had to make reservations for pool and hot tub which were available all except one day. Loves our stay and the hosts were great.
