KBM Resorts is proud to represent this charming 1-bedroom, 2-bath Copperbottom Inn. This mountain retreat is perfect for a couple or small family or, if renting several of our 9 units, for groups traveling together. Enjoy a good book and snuggle into a blanket next to the crackling wood fireplace. Within this upgraded, 600-square-foot residence, your family will feel right at home, with all the comforts one would expect. Guests enjoy access to a common hot tub and sauna on-site. Indoor Common Hot tub (Open June - September and December - April 15). The condo sleeps 2 in beds, 3 with sofabed. (Sofa Sleeper not to exceed 70lbs) Kitchen: Start your day in the boutique-size kitchenette with all the appliances, contemporary dishes, flatware, bakeware and cookware you expect from a luxury vacation rental. Your kitchenette also features a small stainless oven and dishwasher. There is a table set for three. Living: After an active day playing golf, mountain biking, or skiing/boarding, come home and relax in the comfy family room and relax by the crackling wood fireplace. Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Bedroom 1: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a private deck, a closet and an en-suite bathroom with a dual shower/tub.
Bathrooms: There is an additional bathroom with a dual bathtub and shower.
There is a sofa bed in the living room (not to exceed 70lbs). Please do not exceed the sleeping capacity of 4 in this property. Parking: One parking space outside is available, but with just steps to the free city-wide shuttle, transportation is a snap.

Great location and value
Older but cozy property with easy access to Park City and the local ski areas. Furniture was a bit worn/dated but everything worked, it was clean and had good supplies for my partner and me over a long weekend. Two bathrooms are a huge plus, as is the washer/dryer. The shared hot tub and sauna are great - just note you need to pre-heat the sauna before going down there.

Great place, excellent communication, good value. Condo was very well equipped, great location for PC or Deer Valley, all as described. Best place I've stayed in Park City so far.

Great spot in PC!
Great location in PC, easy walk to slopes and great view of the mountain. We also walked to Main St, about a mile. Unit was very clean and perfect for our visit, check in was very easy with great communication. The washer/dryer made all the difference for us. Many units in town do not have these in the unit and it made it very convenient to wash/dry after full days of snowboarding! We will be back next year!
