The selling point of this property is that it is in Park City!
It is on Park Avenue which is one block off of Main Street which is the street with all the bars, restaurants, and shops, but in order to get to Main Street you have to walk down a steep street or sidewalk. The street and sidewalk were both snow and ice covered and slippery. I'm sure this is the situation most of the winter. The building is old but has been updated but not to a degree that I would say that it is exceptional. It is acceptable. My unit was on floor two which was about 15 stairs down from the entry door. There is a defacto lobby that is about 10 stair up from the entry door. There is no desk attendant in the lobby. I had to check in and get my instructions from the sister property that is about two blocks away. This wasn't a big deal for me as I new where the place was, but it is inconvenient . Once through the front doors and down the stairs my unit was towards the front of the hallway. The hallway is old, narrow, and kind of dingy. My first impression of the unit was just the same, kind of dingy. The carpeting is worn and there is old base board heating that is not functional and makes the place look old. Also, the shutters on the windows and old and crocked. The stove was an old electric unit and the mattress on the bed was thin and very firm, either very old or cheap. The toilet flushed very slow and the shower took at least 5 minutes to get hot. Too much money for the quality.
