From the outside, it’s typically quaint, “Old Town Park City;” but from the inside, it’s definitely Upper Crust. This “Historic Old Town” 2-bedroom 1-bath condo located on Upper Woodside Avenue is undoubtedly one of the best locations in Park City. This fully renovated condo also has all the amenities you would expect in a luxury condo including security, high-speed internet, large flat screen TV's in every room, queen size beds, leather couches, state-of-the-art appliances, new air conditioning unit, BBQ and laundry. The full bathroom has a tub and shower. There's also a coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, iron, hair dryer, fire extinguisher, smoke detectors, carbon monoxide detectors.

The back deck overlooks Old Town. If you're looking for dinner, coffee, or to browse the shops, Main Street is an easy 2-minute walk down the “Town Steps” from your front door. There is a walkway attached to these units that are maintained year around that leads to a 5-minute walk to Park City Main Street that is loaded with shopping and numerous restaurants. In Summer we have The SILLY MARKET ever Sunday, with local artists crafts, live MUSIC, food trucks, locals come out with their families and friends. With the 4th of July and Labor Day Parade, lots of activities for the kids, music and BBQ after in our Town Park this is, hands down, a truly amazing location. Convenience reigns supreme at Woodside Place!

Head to the Town Lift to buy your lift tickets in the morning and avoid the hassle of the morning rush at the resort, and then, at the end of the day, swoosh down the “Quit N Time” run and ski right to your vacation condo! When you’re done playing in Park City’s pristine powder or exploring the trails on foot or bike, head out for a night on the town, as Park City’s Historic Main Street is right at your doorstep! Woodside Place offers parking spaces, although with this location, you may consider a quick shuttle ride from Salt Lake International Airport to your doorstep and not worry about driving the remainder of your stay! You can walk just about everywhere and a free shuttle is available for those further out locations.

Great location and perfect size for 2 couples!

Awesome location with easy access to downtown and skiing! Boot dryers were a huge plus too! Would definitely recommend staying here and would stay here again. A few recommendations that would enhance the stay: 1) several hooks for coats/gear/towels downstairs & in bedrooms 2) blackout curtains/blinds in bedroom facing parking lot 3) more coat hangers in closets 4) fix shower door so it doesn’t slide open on its own

Nice place for a short stay.

Excellent electronics, furnishings,bedding, and layout. Only negatives were a need for more flatware and toilet paper, as well as rubber gloves in the kitchen. Some paper plates and cups would have been nice.

Great Location in Park City

This Condo had a great location. Dining and all that Main Street in Park City has to offer is just steps away. It was easy to start our ski day walking just a short way down Woodside then just up some steps to the Ski run down to the town lift. The unit was very clean and had all we needed. The owner even had boot and glove warmer/drying machines that worked great. Thanks for a great trip.

Location, Location!

During the winter, we hiked down the road a few feet to stairs leading up to HomeRun and skied down to have breakfast at the TownLift Cafe and jumped on the lift from there. Seriously the best location to the ski hill. When returning home, we skied down homerun and there's an opening between the hillside homes that dropped us across the street from the complex. There are tons of bars, restaurants, shops, etc. a short walk down into town but be prepared for a lung burner back up, especially if you're a flat lander such as I!

Great place to get stuck

We were supposed to be in Park City for 3 nights, enjoying a tour of Utah and getting out of Arizona heat. Our car overheated, thank God as we pulled into the place after getting groceries. We stayed an extra 3 nights waiting for the car to be fixed. The beds were comfortable, shower was good, kitchen fully stocked. Handy to be in walking distance from restaurants, but you will get a workout going up the stairs from Main Street!

The only issue was a missing parking permit. The rental manager assured us it was not neede, which turned out true for our stay. The unit was fine for us.

AS IS should have been a RED FLAG

The original listing of the property had "AS IS" in it. For anyone looking to buy or lease anything, that is a legal disclaimer of its own. Between the TV having only odd channels, the bathroom shower head having a horribly loud high pitch hiss, Dirty dishes in the dishwasher, dirty clothes in the washing machine, only 1/2 of a roll of toilet paper, the house also being on what felt like a slant it was fine. We had a roof over our heads and a place to keep our stuff while we were out. I learned something about the cleaning bill attached to these rentals, it is not necessarily for when you leave, but for when the next person comes. In this case, I would say, I want my money back! What really bothered me about this place is that after I had reserved it, paid over 2k so on and so forth, the Rental management company contacted me multiple times to request my age, threatening to cancel my reservation if I didn't provide it. You may ask, why would you care if they knew your age? Principle. Federal Law Prohibits discrimination of age when renting a property to anyone of legal age to do so. The property can ask for it, and you can provide it willingly, but it cannot be used to screen renters. The Rental management company insisted that they would inform the owner of my refusal. I told them that my visit was already guaranteed and that I would assume, that the owner would be responsible for the charges associated with having to provide me with an equal to or greater accommodation. I completely understand the owner's feelings about renting to a bunch of teenagers partying all night, but if you list it publicly, you cannot discriminate against applicants. For this being my 1 year wedding anniversary weekend, I was insulted and pissed that I had to go through more than what I had already on VRBO's page for this reservation.

Perfect ski vacay

Loved it! Perfect for a ski vacay! The condo is in a great location - takes TWO minutes to walk down to Main St! It also takes 4 minutes to walk up to the ski run and ski to the Town Lift. The outside of the condo isn't that nice, it kinda looks like you're entering a dungeon, but once you get inside, it's a beautiful view out the back windows, because it's on a hill. It's super cozy with two couches in the living room, a big TV, and nice kitchen area and amenities to cook! Upstairs are the two bedrooms with queen beds and the one bathroom. The beds are comfy, the rooms were clean, the towels were nice, everything was great! Would defs stay here again, we loved it!

Beautiful property - Amazing location

Beautiful condo - recently renovated with all new appliances. Comfortable furnishings and beds. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Every amenity you could think of is provided. This property is located about a 20 yard walk from the stairs that take you directly to the Quitn Time run at Park City ski resort. At that point, there is a climb up three flights of stairs to access the run, then ski down to the Town lift. Opposite set of stairs just outside the condo unit will take you down (maybe 5 flights or so) to Main Street where all the shops and restaurants are. Fabulous. We had a slight issue with cable (Comcast had an outage and the account had to be signed into again), and both the owner and the on-site caretaker were extremely responsive. Can't say enough good things about this space!
