Good location and pub but bit noisy as a result. Room pretty cramped and old bathrooms. Basic crockery etc and had to wash up in Vanity for bathroom sink as no separate one. Looked like there was in photos but think this is only for family rooms.

The room was nice and clean all amenities suited our stay. The restaurant service was excellent and so was the food. We would have liked a heater in the bathroom as very cold in the mornings. The cleaning staff were helpful and did exceptional job. They were very friendly and obliging.

Too small
I wouldn’t stay there again, it was so small. Our room had a queen and a single bed but we could only fit one of our cases in our room. My husband had to get everything he needed out of his case and put it back in our car boot as he slept in the single bed and we didn’t want a case on our beds. We had dinner in the bistro here which was excellent. Both meals were very good and at good prices.

Room is quite small, basically enough room for the two beds and narrow space to walk. Not the cleanest and bathroom has a little smell. But for the price (substantially cheaper than other places) and location it is fine if you use it as place to sleep only. Beds were soft and comfortable

Price is what room is worth with current over-pricing rife. Badly needs updating, smelly drain room 10. Pub is great but motel lets it down, and it shouldn't because it is in the best spot in town.

Steep, narrow staircase entry, tight carparking. Compact but comfortable room. Liked the Bistro, good food at reasonable prices. Also very quiet, no street or teaffic noise. Would stay here again BUT in a ground floor room.

The Perfect Location! Very clean rooms.
This was my second stay at The Coachman in a month and will be where I stay for any future visits to Parkes. The location is perfect and the rooms are very clean and have everything you need. A+++++++++++++
