Disappointing stay! But it could have been great.
First our bathtub was clogged and each day we showered in more the 6-8” of water. At one point there was hair (not mine or my husbands) backing up into the water. Second, the shower door that was installed had a broken rubber strip on the bottom of the door. So every time we showered it left over an inch of on the floor. How it was not flooding the downstairs unit I have no idea. Third, our safe wouldnt unlock. Fourth, our room shared a wall with the sauna, the heat in our room was almost unbearable. If this room is going to be used for guest it should at the min. have an ac unit. We were only there for two quick nights, getting in late the night of. The next day, because of not having a working safe we did not want maintenance coming in while we were out for the day. When we checked out early the next day, I mentioned all the items to the front desk and the response was “thank you, we will let maintenance know”… I would have expected an apology or even some sort of compensation. It was very disappointing. On a positive note, breakfast was great! And the service in the restaurant was top notch!

Amazing Stay
Our stay at the Romantik hotel in Parsberg was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. During this hard time myself and my husband were very pleased to see the amount of cleaning supplies this hotel provided. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were very friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone who is transitioning or a nice weekend gateway.

Fabulous Hotel for Relaxing Break.
We used this hotel as a stopover when travelling from Austria to Northern Germany. It is very close to the motorway but far enough not to be affected by it.The hotel was so amazing we wanted to stay for the whole weekend!. Very friendly staff, superb grounds to walk in, nice pool and child friendly. No time to check out he wellness facilities but expect hey are excellent. Nice beer garden also. One of best hotels we have stayed in.

Dream hotel
This is the best hotel I have stayed at in my life! Super clean, very comfortable bed with multiple pillow options at the front desk. I wanted for nothing and have no complaints of any kind; and I’m a picky person. The resturaunt food is four star quality and I’m not exaggerating! It was mouth water with melt in your mouth meats. Even the soups are a work of art. We eat there every night to say the least. The hotel is located next to a pharmacy, two grocery stories and a butcher so you’ll want for nothing on that end too. About a 10 minute drive from USAG Hohenfels. P.S. don’t let the “Romantic” title put you off. This hotel is for all. Family, solo, business etc. Has a free pool, gym and sauna and $ massage.

Tolles Wellness-Hotel in entspannter Atmosphäre mit super nettem Personal und richtig guter Cuisine! Achtet nur darauf, dass im Sommer die ‚älteren Zimmer‘ ziemlich warm werden können und sich im abgetrennten Hotel befinden, das an der Straße ist (etwas laut).

....bei der Ankunft wurde mit mitgeteilt das der Wellnessbereich nicht kostenlos ist, das war auf der Buchungsseite nicht vermerkt. Nach der Arbeit in den Pool zuspringen war ein zentraler Buchungsgrund für dieses Hotel.

Alles sehr gut. E-Auto kann geladen werden (Typ 2)
Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Tesla Destination Charger. Der Pool ist zwar nicht riesig, aber hat u.a. eine Gegenstromanlage. Wifi hat funktioniert. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker.
