The receptionist girls have very very poor customer service, from the moment we were welcomed the girl kept raising her voice and speaking with an attitude. When I checked out the girl kept screaming at me “sign ! Sign!” In very broken english so I was confused and when I finally understood what she said she gave me an attitude. The staff here is quite the worst I have ever experienced in my life and I have traveled to over 10 countries a d stayed at 50 hotels in my life. I’ve had better experiences staying at cabins in the woods. When we asked for more towels they never gave it to us even though we came down several times. I think the receptionists should be retrained
