The bar and restaurant seemed understaffed. The front desk made a few errors when I checked in, but eventually rectified it when I brought it to their attention. Hotel room was nice and clean.

Needed and early check in because of the airline shut down was stuck in Boise. they were more than accomodating. Room was ready early. Hotel in the heart of the city, with airport shuttle! Best burger at Trillium!!!!! Would recommend and stay there again.
