Booked my mother a room her tv didn’t work her bathroom was filthy the bathtub was so nasty like they haven’t cleaned it in months . The lady wasn’t very accommodating I wouldn’t recommend a dog to book a room at this hotel.

Do not stay here
Terrible mold smell. Carpet wet from malfunctioning a/c. Dead bugs in room. Bathtub was a death trap. Everything was in very poor condition.

We arrived late at night to the hotel. From the outside it appeared to be okay. However, the interior was pretty terrible. Our room smelled like urine, our toilet wasn’t anchored to the ground, there was traces of mold in the shower, and we even killed a couple of roaches. It seemed like the beds were new and updated, and the staff was extremely helpful and kind. I’m just disappointed reading that all other guests commented on the cleanliness of the hotel. That is a must for me in a stay. So I thought we’d be okay.

I have stayed here many times and the staff are very helpful. Only weird experience this time was maid service cleaned only one side of the room. One bed made the other not, however if that’s the only issue I still clearly would recommend. The breakfast is also much better then other hotel chains I pay more for.

The room was so humid that everything felt wet and very uncomfortable. My son slipped a couple of times because the humidity was so bad that the floor was wet.

The staff were so friendly and kind, everyone from the front desk to maintenance. The room was clean and up to date. The cinnamon rolls were amazing, as always.

I didn’t like that the pool was closed, the washer was broken, the bath tub did not have a slip proof mat or finish and our room was right next to the laundry for housekeeping so it was very noisy and we had to switch rooms.

TV reception was horrible. Floor in elevator dirty. Room very comfortable and clean. But housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30 trying to collect dirty towels...we hadn't used ours yet and weren't dressed. Don't think they spoke English.
