Great place to stay if you're on a budget, like the quiet and don't mind a 700m walk to the beach. The walking track to the beach was a surprise bonus. Goes through farmland and forest, super quiet. The homestay is a little old but has amazing internet.

Beautiful grounds & service, standard room lacks
The statf was very friendly and awesome! The grounds are absolutely beautiful. I thought the standard room included basic ammenities for the price(for $5 in Canggu you get a tv, shampoo & soap, and modern room) but the bedsheet was just the top of a basic sheet set (no cover) so it was cold if you wanted to have the air conditioner on to circulate the air and the bathroom's sink had yellow stains all over. The shower was also cold but the sink had hot water. I think the delux rooms looked better from what I saw but I would not book a standard room again at all.
The room seemed clean and cheap and the area was beautiful. The pool was also nice. But this was all ruined by the bed bugs. They were hiding in a slit in the headboard so I couldnt kill them all. I slept on the hard floor but a few still bit me. One employee referred me to another. He almost seemed annoyed that I was complaining. Another reviewer here said the same. He offered no compensation and hesitantly let me have breakfast for free when I asked for it. I can understand bed bugs can happen, but the response was disappointing. I doubt they were taken care of properly before the next guests came.
Has seriously bad bed bugs. They didn't offer any refund or cream. I asked for a different room and they tried to give me a downgraded room so I had to ask for a nice room that I paid for.
Pool area is nice but now I have 100 bed bug scars on me. They didn't seem sorry at all.
I watched them clean it didn't even take them 10 mins. Didn't give new towels either.
Just the room smelled a bit and the breakfast wasn't that great but for the price/quality it was a good hotel and I would recommend it to anyone else who doesn't want to be drunk every night as it is a bit far away of the good bars.
Good value for money, good base if you want to surf some nearby breaks. My bed was like concrete, though. I had a 'Superior Room'. Can't complain about anything else. Good accom if you're on a shoestring budget.
Loved this place as I booked for a month here and travelled to other areas in between
big rooms but basic
air con good
shower good
bed mattress was not comfortable
Lots of trees and space
Good pool
Lots of nice tourists stay here
VERY Nice place to stay for the price you paid. Close to "everything" (aint Much to be close to since its in uluwatu) we walked to the beach from there. Beautiful nature nearby
The hotel staff are amazing really genuine!! The rooms are not the greatest but you get what you pay for and besides you spends the whole holiday at their hotel? Loved it would go back 100%
We checked into our room, expecting to see what we saw in the online photos. We were surprised when we entered our room to find mud, dirt, blood and dead fly remains smeared all throughout our room and over the walls. This room was not hygienic and I wouldn't even let my dogs stay in there

Good value
Price was reasonable, bed was clean and overall room was relatively clean. Outside area is gorgeous but the sink and bathroom could have definitely used some love. Overall a good value and reasonably priced pitstop.
Had a great three night stay at this hotel. Me and my Wife wanted to explore the Bukit Area and it was so easy to rent a bike (60,000Rp per 24 hours) from the homestay, 30 to Pandawa Beach, 45-50 minutes to Nusa Dua, The Uluwatu temple is a close 15 minutes away, Blue Point where we watched the sunset every night was just down the road 5-8 minutes. The pool was a nice relaxing spot when we returned from watching the sunset to refresh our selves after a long day of Beach hopping. Really delicious cafe down the street too (not really walk-able) we went to for breakfast (although I can't recall the name of the place, I think it was 'Beetroot' or something similar). No TV and no hot water but didn't stay much in the room anyways. Good to have AC to cool down at night too. Only downside was the bed was super squeaky so every time I (or my wife) rolled over or moved in the night we could really hear it. Great place, I highly recommend it
Great spot, comfortable, and affordable. Easy to access all of the bukit peninsulas waves.

Good!
Great home away from home while in Bali. For someone looking for a simple yet clean and comfortable place to stay. Nice staff, affordable food, and beautiful surrounding garden/pool area. Very quiet but only a quick 10 minute walk to Padang Padang beach and restraunts.
Nice for the price. The people running the hotel are very nice and the restaurant has very fair prices. There is a nice little pool too. About a 15 walk to the beach. Not a super convenient location unless you rent a motorbike. We were here with our 3-year old, so we took a taxi to Uluwatu Temple. The taxis in this area wanted an arm and a leg.

Its a good hotel to stay a couple of days, but you can find better places with hot shower and better room confort for cheaper!
