Welcome to 𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒚𝒂𝒘𝒉𝒊𝒍𝒆 ! This is a gulf view condo rental unit 1606 located in tower 2 at Portofino resort on Pensacola Beach . This has fabulous consistent 5 star reviews and in this biz in a sea of condos that says alot ! Views of both the sunrise and the sunset from this gulf front condo can be seen. You do have to walk across the street to get to the gulf but that is the same for all Portofino condominiums. Some condos at Portofino have an electric grill some do not. This does not just wanted to make sure you know that up front.

Please check the event page at the Portofino Resort at Portofino Island . com for events that may be scheduled during your stay BEFORE you book !! THIS YEAR 2025 the Youth Christian conference is June 7-13th if you don't like crowds this is not the time to book as the whole complex will be full.

Ok to get the business out of the way...YOU MUST BE 25 TO RENT AND STAYING ON PREMISE ! Six max including children. We do not advertise on Craigslist and lastly I highly suggest you buy travel insurance at the time you make a reservation in case you have to cancel and it's within the three weeks where it becomes nonrefundable of arrival or for calamity/hurricane etc....we personally do not sell insurance. You can buy it from VRBO or many other companies as a optional add on at the time of booking.

All of the units my partner and I manage have consistent five star reviews which says alot in the vacation rental business. We load up the units right with lots of extras like coffee ,laundry detergent ,cleaning materials, beach towels,etc little things that most vacation rentals simply don’t leave . We want you to bring yourself , your luggage and not worry about the garbage bags ! This unit is directly facing the gulf of Mexico gorgeous balcony view awaits you . This unit sleeps up to 6 people MAX two bedrooms ,one king bed in the master, one queen bed in the second bedroom and a double sleeper pull out sofa in the living room. 2 1/2 bath fully equipped equipped and stocked .You don’t need to bring much more than your luggage and yourself to feel like you are at home.

Portofino charges $80 to check in and $25 each additional day for their amenity fees . The amenity fee simply goes to Portofino, not to the owner and that covers your use of the resort facility pools ,Jacuzzis etc.,lifestyle center, some things are optional and extra you will have to ask the front desk of Portofino what those are but this covers the use of the indoor Olympic size pool ,outdoor pools, Jacuzzi ,fitness room. That is included in the quote there are no extra fees besides the quote given.

Wonderful stay!

Great stay with love how clean the unit was - amazing view! Also just the fact that they have the small basics you need for the trip and do not have to go shopping for weird things like trash bags , dish soap, or even beach towels. They have the placed stocked!We will stay with them again!

Portofino Condo

The property is one of our favorites. We've been here about 10 times in the last 15 years. I wish some of the condos would update appliances, the outdoor grill and some of the outlets to include USB or USBc plugs. The oven especially because it takes so long to cook on the stovetop & the oven. The condo itself was very clean and very nice but just would like some modern updates.

Great place to stay

We have stayed in this unit a few times as well as other managed my Mary. The extras provided make her rentals better than any other. Detergent, plastic bags, slat and pepper, beach towels and chairs,etc. Those things are small but make a difference. Property is always clean and comfortable; we were even allowed in earlier than expected. Top notch! We will be back. .

Portofino Island is beautiful place to be. Ocean and bay views, plenty of swimming pools and restaurants right on property. Our condo was nicely furnished and decorated. Kitchen was fully accommodating, condiments appreciated. Very clean we enjoyed our time there. I recommend staying there.

Amazing property

My husband and I stayed here with our 2 young boys, 6 and 9. We all loved this unit so much! The view 😍 when you first walk into the door. We spent much of our down time out on the balcony watching the waves and playing games. Kitchen was well stocked, as was everything else. The beach extras were a perk, especially the beach toys for the kids! Having a pool at the base of the tower was quite nice, too, after a long hot afternoon on the beach. Everything in the unit felt cozy and very clean. This was our first time in Pensacola and def not our last. Highly recommend the boat shuttle from Portofino to the boardwalk! Great way to get out on the water and not have to park at the boardwalk. Enjoyed the best food at the Grand Marlin, Sidelines, and NOLA cafe!! Thanks again to Mary for being a great host!!!

Love this condo and resort

Our first time at the Portofino and it was just what we were looking for. Host was super easy to communicate with. Condo extras were nice. I could have been informed of the 3000+ kids arriving during our stay (not fun) but it wouldn’t have changed our booking as our dates were fixed. We worked around it.

Perfect at Portofino!

This was our second time staying at Portofino, and it was just as wonderful as last time. Mary was fantastic to work with! She is very responsive and helpful about any questions one has. The condo unit was immaculate, and the view is gorgeous. Check in was simple, and the entire property was beautiful, peaceful, and properly maintained. The condo itself had everything one needs for a relaxing vacation, and it has such pretty decor. There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, kitchen equipment, cleaning supplies, etc. We can't wait to come back! Thanks again!

Everything as described and expected

I’ve stayed at the Portofino several times, but never at a unit that was as well-stocked as this one. The unit had plenty of laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, pots/pans, cooking/serving utensils, and ever some foil/food storage wrap. We found this to be very helpful throughout the week. The unit was very clean and orderly when we arrived, and check-in was easy. Check-out was also easy and fast. Mary was very easy to communicate with, and she checked in once or twice during the week to make sure everything was going well. When I had a last-minute change to my guests who were staying, she gladly told me the (very simple and easy) process to change that information. Very pleasant, very convenient stay. Will certainly book with them again.

This trip was one of the best I haves experienced. The condo was everything I could have hoped for. Down to the smallest details, it was amazing. Easy and convenient

We love the portofino for our annual girls’ trip. While some of the things we loved about it are no longer available (food and drinks delivered to the beach)we still enjoy our time there. This unit was clean, comfortable and was well appointed. The extras were appreciated! Tower 2 is our favorite and we plan to return!

Beautiful condo and amazing property.

Beautiful condo. Lovely furnishings. Two wonderful bedrooms that both you can wake up to a gulf view. The master bath has a walk in shower and whirlpool tub. The balcony is a comfy spot to gaze out at the gulf. Portofino is a lovely resort with several pools. The main pool facing the bay has a fun beach bar. A few steps to the white sugar sand beach in which you can rent a lounge with umbrella. Easy drive to some tasty seafood restaurants. Would love to stay again.

Amazing view, well supplied, great communication

This was an amazing property. The host was excellent. The beds were super comfortable. The supplies exceeded our expectations. It was perfect. Even the position of tower 2 was perfectly positioned to the lifestyle center. The view out the window balcony was breathtaking. We absolutely loved it. Only one tip for travelers. Even though they supplied cooking pans that we used, if you’re picky about “perfect nonstick pans” bring one of your own. The one we used there had a few specks of use which is to be expected at all places like this because not everyone using these pans follows the guidelines on how to use nonstick pans. That is literally it. Everything else was absolutely perfect! Can’t wait to return!

Couldn’t have been better!

It’s hard to imagine there is a better condo rental in all of the Portofino Resort. Clean and fresh feeling condo with great bedrooms and bathrooms. Incredible view from the 16th floor. Tower 2 is right next to the pools and main building. And Mary was incredibly attentive and helpful with anything we needed. Highly recommend! As for the resort itself, we highly recommend that too. The beach, pools, water park, kayak/board/bicycle rentals and food options gave us plenty to enjoy from parents to kids ages 15, 12 and 8.

So welcoming and accommodating!
