Come see for yourselves how relaxing your beach vacation can be with accommodations that are fun and carefree. Whether you enjoy your 'fun in the sun' on the sugary white beaches or just swimming in the pool, creating fun memories in a relaxing atmosphere is crucial. Everything is included and our condo is centrally located so everything is convenient.

We have recently renovated the entire condo (2021) using the beautiful beachy colors of blues, greens and sand. Our unit has 2 bedrooms with large closets and sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a set of bunk beds. TV's in both bedrooms. There is a full bath off the Master. Second bath with walk-in shower off the hallway.

The newly renovated kitchen has new kitchen cabinets and silestone counter tops. It is fully equipped including a drip coffee pot, toaster, mixer and blender. Just bring your own snacks, drinks, and groceries and you'll be all set. If you like to cook, it's always fun to grill fish or shrimp on the outdoor electric grill.

Our unit is located in the middle of the complex facing the pool. You are just a few steps to the beach and to the lagoon where kids (adults too) enjoy feeding the ducks. Covered parking is available for 1 car. We are allowed 1 extra parking space as well.

We are located 3 miles east of the Boardwalk and Casino Beach area, where there is shopping, nightly activities and several great restaurants. During the summer a trolley is available for your enjoyment and ease of travel.

Our home away from home offers you that opportunity to relax and really enjoy your vacation. We are geared up for kids with cards, board games, and puzzles. Floats, chairs and a beach umbrella as well. With two TV's and DVD players, everyone can be happy. Wi-Fi is available also.

There is lots to do in Pensacola from shopping to site seeing, to visiting the Old Fort Pickens and the National Seashore and the like. There is Free Stargazing Event some weekends, and at least one concert each week. And of course, a must see is a visit to The Museum of Naval Aviation at the Naval Air Station. Visitors can watch the Blue Angles practice on some Wednesdays. A visitor's center is conveniently located on the beach as well as on the main land just before crossing the 3 Mile bridge to Gulf Breeze. A Publix and Market Walmart groceries are located in Gulf Breeze just before going over the 2nd bridge to the beach.

Ms. Moshell was amazing! This condo was beautifully decorated and neat and clean. Had every amenity a family could possibly want! The walk to the beach was totally awesome. Everyone in Pensacola was so nice! Glow paddle and blue angel dolphin tour a must! We didn't want to leave. Definitely recommend!!

This condo was perfect for my family! Very short walk to the beach and it was a very quiet community. The beach wasn’t crowded either since it was a couple of miles from the more touristy area. The listing was exactly as it is posted. The owners are very nice and responded very quickly! Our family loved it! Quiet, clean, and beautiful!
The place was the perfect size for our family of 6. There was plenty of sleeping room and two bathrooms were perfect. It was very clean and quiet since it’s on the top floor. It’s a short walk to the beach, which is also amazing. The nice part about being on this part of the beach is that it’s not nearly as busy as it is around the pier area. Our children rated it as their favorite vacation ever. We would definitely stay here again the next time we come to Pensacola.

My sisters and I (60+) enjoyed a short stay to visit and soak up our fav beach in Florida! The condo is beautifully renovated with beachy decor, awesome appliances and comfy beds. We managed the stairs just fine along with a short walk to the beach. Host was very responsive and we hope to return and stay longer!

The place was amazing! Very clean and spacious, far enough away from the crowds and hotels. But still close to all the yummy restaurants and fun activities. Beach is so close which is great when hauling all the chairs, cooler, and toys needed for a day at the beach!!!

First of all, this place is so close to beach that I fell in love, I’ve stayed in several beach resorts and I always felt so tired because the walk to and from condo including elevator is exausting. I know it’s not facing the ocean but I promise you won’t be disappointed. The condo is great, kitchen is fully equipped, lots of towels, even beach towels are offered, I will definitely come back, this place is a gem!

Great location!
Great condo with plenty of room, super close to pool and beach. Everything was clean with easy check in and check out process. The only con, which is not the fault of the owner, is that the parking lot was severely flooded. Everything else was great.

Nice little community
The first thing we noticed was how nice and clean the unit smelled and looked. It’s nearly impossible to find a beach rental that doesn’t have “some” sand on the floor, but this one had ZERO! The owner was a peach to communicate with, and this unit had everything you could possibly need. Pack light! This community is also on the east side, about three miles away from the “Y” in the road where all the hustle and bustle is which makes for a VERY un-crowded beach! We had maybe 10 people total on the beach with us during Memorial Day weekend. We will be returning!

Cute and Cozy
The Condo was cute, well maintained and up to date. This location is so so nice, one of the best beach areas. The kitchen is well stocked, plenty of dish soap, dishwasher detergent, and dish towels. Would be nice to have washing machine detergent/supplies, buying some at the store isnt practical (so much leftover). Also, only one roll of toilet tissue is allotted per bathroom and one roll of paper towels, inconvenient to purchase more and leave behind unused…be sure to verify WiFi password, the checkin sheet was not up to date for our stay. Really a nice cozy (smallish living space, but spacious bedrooms) condo, in a great location.
