Welcome to Seas the Day located at Villas on the gulf ,two flights of stairs up with a direct gulf view ! If you have walking issues or are with a older person with disabilites this may not be the condo for you I just want to let potential guests know up front this does not have a elevator . Also this sleeps 6 MAX including children !
This condo is loaded up with 5 star reviews, repeat customers and GULF FRONT not gulf view, direct gulf front . This is 950 sq feet not including the Gulf front balcony that is directly on the Gulf of Mexico it doesn't get any closer to the gulf then this ! This unit as of Dec 2025 is completely updated again !! New floors ,new doors to make the second bathroom and bedroom private ,new paint, new countertops ,freshly painted cabinets, so many things to mention ...the best way to check it out is on the second picture is a new video. or click here https://youtu.be/12FBJ8Oo_Es

Ok let me get this out of the way first:YOU MUST BE 25 to rent and BE STAYING ON PREMISE. No smoking in unit and no pets. Just a FYI : We do not advertise on Craigslist. I HIGHLY suggest you buy travel insurance at the time of booking to cover unexpected cancellations and cover your vacation investment.
This 2 bed /2 bath that has been completely modeled starting with the crown molding in to new furniture ,new draperies,etc. this has a washer and dryer inside the unit . One king bed in one room and two queens in the gulf front room. One bathroom has a full bath and the other has a shower ,beach towels are included, a fully stocked kitchen .It is approximately 1 and 1/2 miles to the core of the beach where all the bars and restaurants are located . This property has a nice community pool exclusively for owners and renters at villas on the gulf and well-kept grounds which include a lagoon that has lots of ducks and if you get lucky you may see the swans that are always fun to feed. Be sure to watch the video to see if this is a good fit for you. The only thing I like renters to do is to check out the videos of the different places I rent first because then you can see a lot more than just by looking at a bunch of pictures.

This condo for example has two flights of stairs so if you have any kind of a mobility issues this is NOT the condo for you -it does however have in its two and a half of rental history alot of happy customers that want to come back and it shows in the reviews but if you have any kind of mobility issues I do have other condominiums available to rent on Pensacola Beach through Vrbo/ Homeaway with elevator access and no stairs to climb . I want you to rent a place that you will be happy once you arrive there ! There is a couch and a love seat in the living room brand new and furniture that’s made by hand by the owner of this place . It’s got a lot of love and wow factors !
This place is stocked WAY more than your typical rental with cleaning supplies, laundry detergent,lots of tp ,little things like Saran wrap ,spices and zip lock bags for example that make a stay much more enjoyable . Coffee etc.. you won’t be disappointed !
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony or patio. A Smart television and a DVD player are provided for your entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Wonderful spring break!

Myself and 3 teenagers had a great beach vacation at Seas the Day. The location is perfect. The balcony overlooks the gulf and you can watch the sunrise and sunset. The quick access to the quiet beach was a huge benefit, plus the provided chairs and umbrella. The condo had everything we needed! I would definitely stay here again!

Great Beachfront Condo!

The communication from the owner was great and like many others said in their reviews this condo was well stocked. Items like toilet paper, dish/laundry detergent, and paper towels were provided in enough quantity to last our 4 night stay. Even coffee k-cups were provided! Beach view was great! Morning sunrise from the balcony was amazing. The area was quiet and the beach was not crowded. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

This place was steps from the beach with a great view of the ocean. The property was stocked with everything we could need from beach towels and chairs to dryer sheets. The property manager was incredibly welcoming and responsive. We would definitely stay there again!

Quick last summer beach trip

Location was great! Being on the beach with kids/teens made for a much less stressful time! We could easily go back and forth! Mary had everything available to make our time at the beach wonderful! It was great not to have to pack/buy these items!! Beds were super comfy as well. Would definitely recommend to anyone with kids/teens! Hoping to come back soon!

Start to finish the experience was fantastic. I booked months in advance and within a day of booking Mary texted me letting me know if I had any questions to call or text that number. I texted her throughout the months leading up to our vacation and she always responded promptly! This was our first time going to Pensacola and Mary definitely went above and beyond helping us!! The condo was very clean and there wasn’t anything we disliked or had issues with. It had the home feel to it. It is directly on the ocean which was the PERFECT location. Sometimes you go on vacation and need a vacation once you leave, but we didn’t get that feeling when we left Mary’s condo. We felt sad and ready to plan our next trip. When we book our next trip to Pensacola beach we will book with Mary. Hands down the best host/ condo we could ask for!

It was a wonderful experience. The vrbo was clean and very nice. Absolutely beautiful! The only issue we had was with the boardwalk and I’m not sure if that relates to you. One day it was so hot that three of us blistered our feet. Other than that it was a great time! We appreciated all the little details and touches! And the view was absolutely amazing!!

2024 Baseball Beach Trip

The property did not disappoint, it was awesome! The layout and decor were perfect. Very clean and well planned out. The view was breathtaking. The overall property was well kept and had a family feel to it. After a long day at the ball fields, it felt great to come back and relax inside taking in the view or adventuring to the patio or even down to the beach. Communication with the owner and property manager was beyond what I expected. Very welcoming and accommodating. Mary (Owner) and Jeff (PM) made us feel right at home.

WONDERFUL CONDO!!!

Giving a five star review was the easiest thing I’ve done in a while. We have been traveling to many different places for over 25 years and I’ve stayed in literally dozens of properties over the years. This condo was the pinnacle of all those experiences and was by far from start to finish the most professional accommodating Property Manager, Mary, I have dealt with in all those years. The condo was just exquisite (love, love, love all the decor) - just as described, perfect location, amenities to spare. My husband is not a beach person which makes this condo ideal. You feel like you’re sitting on the beach while sitting on the balcony, yet only steps away for a stroll on the beach. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and we would highly recommend this condo to our family & friends. And hope we will have another opportunity to rent this property again. Thank you!

Great Beach Condo

We stayed for a cheer nationals competition. The condo was perfect for our family. The view of the ocean from condo was outstanding. the quick access to the beach was easy and convenient. Condo had beach chairs and sand toys. Loved the seashell guest book basket. Beds were SO COMFORTABLE!. The kitchen had all we needed. Bathrooms stocked. We were able to walk in and let the beach fun begin. I would definitely stay here again! Mary had all the travel tips organized for us. Our stay was so relaxing due to a fabulous condo furnishing all the comforts of home!

Perfect spot right on beach

My wife and I stayed here as snowbirds for the winter and it was perfect for us. You’re so close to the beach there’s no need to set up chairs on the beach…just sit on the balcony! The kitchen was well supplied, and each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom for maximum privacy. Communication with the management company was swift and easy. Well furnished and on the top floor for premium views. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
