This place was awesome for 4 adults! Freddie was a great host and always made sure everything was good to go for us. Quiet area right next door to Peg Leg Pete’s and right across the road from the beach. Plenty of space to move around the commercial size ice makers was a deal breaker! So awesome we didn’t have to keep buying ice. Pool table and grill area was a hit! Very clean place. I will definitely stay here again if I’m staying in Pensacola Beach!

Fantastic Location and Spacious
We had a wonderful stay, the home is spacious and has everything you would need for a beach get away. It's right next door to Peg Leg Pete's, which is right next door to a convenience store. The beach is right across the street and if you need a respite from all that sun there's so much space for your family to spread out and relax. Communication with Freddie was excellent.

Summer Vacation
The property was great for our group. We had 4 adults and 3 kids between the ages of 6 and 10. The property accommodated both families perfectly. The location was right next to Peg Leg Pete’s Restaurant and across the street from the beach. We were able to easily get to the beach everyday. The property is a short drive to the pier and other Pensacola restaurants. Overall it was a great trip and the property fit our needs perfectly.

Perfect spot! Awesome having foosball and billiards in the unit for non-tech fun and bonding with the older kids! Three doors down from our favorite restaurant…Peg Legs. Fourth floor lookout with hammock was a perfect getaway for our teenage daughter!!

We’ve been coming down to this area every year for 15 years and always rent a condo or home. As far as places go, this was definitely at the very top of our list! The pictures do not do it justice. It’s older but very clean, well maintained, fully equipped, and the location is fabulous! Views of the ocean and the marina. Next door to a great restaurant and the billiard room was nice addition! The owner, Freddie was an excellent communicative host. We would love to stay again!

Excellent Vacation Rental
Great location. Terrific views, especially from top floor. Short walk down back steps to canal dock and less than five-minute walk across street to beach. Lots of space. Top floor “crow’s nest” was great area, especially for grandchildren. Convenient and comfortable. Three generations had great time together! Cons: No futon. Wasn’t on listing, but was in pictures. Also, would have liked to get check-in and checkout information a day or two in advance as we usually do with VRBO rentals. Bottom line: Highly recommended!

Diamond in the rough
It was a nice location, if you looking for private beaches and willing to drive to dining. It is right next door to one of the most popular eateries on the beach, Peg Leg Petes, however while we were there, it was a very long wait and they only had a limited menu. Not any fault for the condo. All other eateries require driving. The beach right across the road was great and private. I usually like staying closer to lunch options and drink options but with a kitchen and bathrooms right there it made up for that. And I usually like being on the sound side due to small children and the lack of large waves, but while we were there we had a day or two of very calm seas so it was enjoyable, plus we were able to find lots of seashells. The last day however was very rough and only reccommended for older children but again not an issue with the house, only the location. I had 2 issues of concern with the condo, first I had to make contact with the owner to find out how to check in and there was initially a concern about the upstairs bathroom leaking into the lower bathroom. They were able to remedy it before check in but we did have to wait an extra 1.5 hours while they cleaned up everything. Second was that we could not find a way to shut the garage door to ensure we were locked in safe and sound. When you have two women staying with their children, safety is a big concern. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
