Overall
Manager would not talk to me face to face about a billing issue. Very unprofessional. Staff were under trained. The hotel was in a great location and every one at the small bar were great!! Chairs at the beach are not free nor is parking. Overall a good value.

Wyndham Garden at Ft. Walton Beach in Okaloosa has been amazing! Great view, clean facilities, reasonable rates, and friendly staff. The on site dining, Manatees, has incredible food, so good we ate there every day we were here. We'd definitely stay here again. 😊

First I was book in a roof top view, I requested ocean front, since off season the front desk people changed my room. Good The hot water in 501 should not be called Hot, it never got there. Not good. Roaches crawling across coffee bar. Not good. Ice machine in another building. Not good. Charged $20 for parking that I was not informed of until it appeared on my card. Not good. But after phone call was credited. Good. So there ya go.

The staff was helpful but our room was old, peeling paint etc and the doors didn’t close well the hot water was off and on especially in the afternoon and we saw a couple bugs I think were little roaches in our room on our last day. We didn’t mind the old mess of our room but the water and bug issue we didn’t like but overall we liked our stay

The overall hotel was great. Comfortable bed, clean well maintained and responsive staff. My only complaint was the air conditioning as it was cooler outside and a layer of wet condensation was on everything. I complained to front desk but did not get good advice. I had to drop the room temperature and get extra blankets. I literally slid on the wet floor
