Friendly staff, but "tired" facility
Staff were very friendly! Exceptional! Loved the young lady who checked us in at night and also the young lady who worked in the breakfast area the next day. Both were so nice and friendly. The property itself is very "tired" and so was the room. The two pots of dead flowers in the front were an indicator of the state of the rooms inside. They were clean though!

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable. It was pretty quiet. The air conditioner sucked. It didn't work, so I went to Walmart to buy a fan. Which then made the next night much better. They have hot breakfast. Which was good. The staff who worked the breakfast area were nice. The pool was nice, it was a little cold, but it was warm in the pool area. The hot tub was nice the first day but felt lukewarm on the second. There is a good amount of food choices in the area.

Room review
Hotel was fine, we really like Holiday Inns. Cleanliness was ok, little dirty or lacked that fresh feeling. Only 2 sets of towels, yes it was 2 ppl, but an extra would have been nice. The overall cleanliness of basics…bed, trash etc was great.

Decent place to sleep
They were very accomodating with our last minute decison to come a day early. Only problem is that we then got charged for the 2nd night twice. Hopefully that gets resolved soon. We got checked in about 3 AM. The room was very comfortable and clean - when we woke up in the morning the sink had a clog and maintenance cleared that up quickly. The breakfast was plentiful and good. One of the elevators was out of ordered, and part of the hotel appeared to be going through renovations and was torn up as well as the parking lot. Hotel was also quite dated. It is clean and comfortable, good place to just sleep but i wouldn't stay there like an extended vacation

My room was at the end of the hall right next to the exit. Rm 101. During the evening several guest on the floor kept a lengthy conversation around midnight followed by several opening and closing of the exit door all the way until 2-3am. Very difficult to sleep when one of your family members is 15 months old. Very inconvenient.

The staff were as good as any hotel I've stayed in. The property itself needs work and updates. Everything was clean, just needs an update. Again, the staff is excellent! I would stay here again.

This property had a lot of mold in the rooms, we checked in late and didn’t notice it until morning. They switched us to 3 different rooms (with mold) and our Granddaughter had a severe asthma attack because of the mold. We checked out and into another hotel down the street, demanded a refund because it was unsafe, but trying to get our money back for the rooms is like pulling teeth.
