I love the fact I was able to celebrate my birthday on November 21-November 24, I am beyond grateful. However, when I got there online said the fee is $75 and I went in person the person behind the counter stated that its $100 fee wasn’t aware it. Secondly, my room door was not opening at all and I had to turn the nob up. I started cleaning the hotel room to find hair in the tub and some brown stains on the toilet. I thank goodness I came prepared to cleaned the bathroom. The first guy behind the counter was very unprofessional he was assisting me and speaking to someone else on his phone. The room didn’t have any WiFi at all I was told they were coming to change the box of WiFi in the room I stayed in but they wanted me to move to another room. I wish the bathroom was a little upgraded at least…

The Comfort Suites in E Brunswick-So River made some very nice cosmetic changes in the lobby. The closet doors in the rooms need repair or replacement. The rooms were clean but need updating, The linens were very good quality and in good condition. There were no hand towels. The breakfast is terrible. Poor quality and not much selection. Dunkin Donuts were stale. No lids for coffee cups. Not worth getting up early.

Everything was nice. However, when I went to the room I had no washcloths and the refrigerator was not on. When I went to the housekeeper for washcloths, she gave me a washcloth with dirty spots on them. It was disgusting. So I had to go to Walmart and buy my own bathroom accessories. The refrigerator wasn’t on so I had to have someone fix it. Overall the stay was cool and good for a mini stay.
