No frills overall, but clean and neat. Their beds were great! Remote controlled adjustable with massage - very comfortable. They also had a free all-day cafe, breakfast through 7:30 pm with chili and ice cream on the all-day menu. The food was good too. Nice perk! Staff very helpful and friendly.

old Hotel and not well mantained, the door was damaged but everything looks old. room for the breakfast too small for so many apartements. 60-70$ can be accepted but almost 200$ as we paid is absolutely crazy(no free rooms in Petoskey).

A hidden gem. Clean place to stay and the amount of amenities was incredible; adjustable beds, safe, refrigerator, multiple free streaming services, WiFi, adjustable lights on vanity, extra multiple outlets for charging, laundry facilities, meals throughout the entire day. Seriously could not have been more pleasantly surprised.

This is the only motel that I ever stayed with that offered free food from 6:30 am to 9:00. We will stay there whenever we are in Petoskey!!

They had kitchen open and provided soups and corn dogs. This was awesome. Coffee around the clock. And ice cream 🍦 😋 Staff were very friendly. The beds were very comfortable and had adjustable head and feet. Would definitely recommend.

It's very expensive for a very low-end motel experience. Room was very small, not particularly clean or comfortable. I booked it because I thought it was cheap, but then the price was more than what I had thought it would be. $290 for one night and I stressed the whole time because it just wasn't comfortable to me. Stairs were nasty, upholstery on room chairs were gross and sheets were rough. we could hear everything just outside out door, and the lights on outside our window all night was annoying. I've stayed in worse, but would not stay here again.

I gave 4 stars because it significantly surpassed my expectations. It’s really close to historic petoskey and the water, which is fabulous. From the exterior it looks a little scary but the rooms all look newly renovated. They have adjustable (can put head/feet up, etc) beds, which are very comfortable but it seems like they would’ve spent that money to remodel the bathroom (probably not totally comparable in price but still just seems like kind of a waste of money IMO). The bathrooms leave a lot to be desired, which is probably the only bad part of this hotel. I understand the idea behind the off white bathtubs and toilets but it makes it look a lot dirtier than it probably actually was. The water pressure was great though! They have continental breakfast and lunch, I believe, we just went to breakfast but it was good and they said it runs until 7pm and all free so that’s definitely a perk if you’re there for a bit! We would stay there again next time we visit!

Excellent place to stay. Not a new motel, but very well maintained and clean. Has a novel thing in that they offer food all day long but you must eat it there in their dining area. It was kinda cool idea. Kudos to them for doing something unique. Had a great stay.
