Camas desconfortáveis, quarto sem acústica, muito barulhento. Café da manhã muito básico, sem variedades. O atendimento muito tranquilo. A localização, apesar de boa, tem muito barulho muito cedo, atrapalhando o sono. No quarto que ficamos a cortinha não fechava.

Pontos negativos: - Barulho. Fiquei no último andar e mesmo assim o barulho do trânsito em frente ao hotel incomodou bastante. - Falta de estacionamento. É um verdadeiro problema estacionar nas proximidades do hotel. - A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. Embaixo da cama estava com uma sujeira acumulada absurda... - Banheiro. Área do banho muuuuuuito pequena e com chuveiro sem potência alguma. Pontos positivos: - Equipe da recepção bem atenciosa e prestativa. - O café da manhã, apesar das poucas opções, nos agradou. Acho que seria interessante o hotel ter uma listinha de ramais fixadas nos criados mudos, joguei com a sorte, disquei o 9 para conseguir falar com a recepção. Deixou a desejar, minha mãe tem 87a, sente muito frio. Solicitamos 2 mantas a mais (em razão do frio), a madrugada veio e nada...
