A beautiful historic property in a great location next to the harbour and on Water St. Surrounded by excellent restaurants, shopping pubs and bars. Very comfortable and clean. Free continental breakfast. The "signature King" room we were in was a very large suite much bigger than most hotels would possess. The only negative for us is that the top floor room we were in did not have windows or any view just skylights. So the room was quite dark. Also housecoats were not provided despite a lovely spa like bath with jets which we enjoyed.

Front desk did not tell me that I had to walk a flight of stairs with my 50lb luggage. Had to go two floors to get ice. And the bath towel in the room looked like an old rag as it was all tattered. Pic available if needed

Great walkable location.
Perfect location! Place is a little dated with stained carpet. Breakfast « to go » was the worse I have seen. Muffins and croissant were wrapped in cellophane plastic and were gooey. They offered oatmeal but no bowls so coffee cup it was. Not toast, no toaster.
