When we first arrived, there was no room available. Check in was at 4pm and that is when we arrived. We had to wait in the lobby for 30 minutes and then go back to the front desk to see if a room opened up and there was. The overall stay was nice. However, when we went to eat dinner at the Bistro the food came out freezing cold and had to have them reheat everything. We had the salmon with vegetables and potatoes. Not flavorful at all and like I mentioned the food was freezing cold.

I loved that this location has electric vehicle charging. I hated the fact that vehicle stayed plugged in all night so that no one else could charge their vehicle!

Very nice hotel within walking distance, albeit a little dangerous, to Wells Fargo & Citizens Bank Park. Very clean and quiet. Water pressure in shower was great. Parking was convenient.

In town for a concert at the Wells Fargo center. Great location. Walked to the venue in 10 minutes. Hotel was great. Not really any restaurants close.
