This property was extremely disappointing, housekeeping was appalling, the rooms were small and you could hear every noise through the walls. Their so called snack bar had a $12 garden salad which consisted of iceberg lettuce and 4 cherry tomatoes and that was it ! I would never stay their again

Our Room was tiny and bed uncomfortable, & it was very noisy in the street at nighttime which made it hard to sleep properly. service at the reception desk was great & very helpful.

From checking in to out this place us perfection! Staff are all friendly and welcoming, the beds are amazingly comfortable and everything is immaculate. The perfect CBD location yet the rooms are so quiet you could be in the bush. Great value… the perfect place to stay in Melbourne.

Bed sheets were never tucked in. They seemed too short for the bed. Mould through the bathroom and the shower leaked. But staff were lovely and great central location. For the price we would stay again.
