Such a disappointing stay. They’ve got some pretty big issues. Their hotel is overpopulated. This means that checkout is a nightmare. All 26 floors trying to go down 4 elevators at the same time. Breakfast is $30/person! It’s a continental breakfast at best but with servers who do nothing you couldn’t do yourself but they’ll charge you handsomely to do so. The food was cold and no better than the inclusive breakfast I just had last weekend at another Hilton establishment in King of Prussia, PA. Finally, with everyone leaving at once, the parking garage was INSANE. One must go up to go down so that means each of the 6 levels of deck height. It took 68 minutes to get out of the garage. In short, Hilton - offset your checkouts from 11-2pm. This will cut down on elevator & parking garage HELL. Finally; advertise your breakfast price throughout the property. No one likes surprises. I don’t plan on returning and recommend you book elsewhere.

Loved our stay! We ended up getting snowed in and stayed an extra night, and the experience was still wonderful. We received complimentary breakfast due to a small mix-up with the rooms, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Naudiza (I believe that was her name) at the front desk was an absolute gem—she made me feel so comfortable every time I went into the lobby. They even had delicious hot chocolate ready, which was such a nice touch during the snow. Room service was great, and the location was perfect. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely stay here again! ❤️
