Prime Location

We booked this hotel due to its prime location. The pictures online in my opinion are a bit deceiving, but it wasn’t the worst hotel. We got to our room a little after 6pm and everything was fine. Check in went smoothly. Once we got to the room we did our usual room sweep, we didn’t see any critters or bugs and the sheets and bathroom were clean. We didn’t have trash bags in the two trash cans in the room. In my opinion I think a trash bag in a bathroom trash can should be standard. Luckily, I had two grocery store bags that we put in the two trash cans. I called the main lobby and asked if someone could bring us trash bags, and additional towels and wash cloths. I was told they would be right up and they never came. The next day I had to call the main lobby again due to the fact that we never received the trash bags and towels and wash cloths. The kind room attendant came and provided us with the towels and one big trash bag. He said it was all he could find. The hotel in a whole isn’t a bad place to stay . It’s prime location to anything you want to get into. I would probably stay there again.

First, I had to pay $38 for parking. I didn't see that on the website. Said that breakfast ws available, then charged us $60 for it, and it so wasn't worth it. When we checked in, the guy was rude, and he lied to us. My husband asked where the staircase was, the guy said they didn't have one. They didn't offer us cookies. The elevators are very small, and very slow. No trash bags. The instructions on the shower were backward and i froze. Will not be staying there again.
