Room was dirty, asked multiple times for it to be vacuumed and it never was. Gross stains on the bedframe and couch. Room was cold and couldn't get the heat to work.

Property was clean . Able to check in quickly. Fire alarm went off in our room only at 5 am. Seems like fire detector was malfunctioning. Otherwise good service.

Our shower did not work and we had to search for outlets to charge our devices. When I said something about it the front desk person just brushed it off saying they knew and the hotel was going to be renovated. She implied I did not know how to use the shower.

It was a beautiful hotel. Very elegant. Staff was friendly. The room was great. Only thing is we wished the pool was open a little later than 8 pm.
