Need some improvements, but fulfilled all needs!
Extremely convenient and the airport shuttle was spot on. The HVAC was a challenge, the shower in the morning had warm water only and the wide selection of tap beers that were posted at the bar were not available as, I was told, none of them were cold. The convenience and shuttle would cause me to use the property again without hesitation.

The service at the bar and breakfast was just terrible. We were ignored for 20 minutes after being told to sit ourselves at the tables at the sports bar for dinner, our party decided to drive out and eat somewhere else. Then in the morning for breakfast, we sat, grabbed food from the buffet, and again were ignored on drinks…. The two waitresses sat at the host desk talking the entire time, not once offering to bring water or coffee to the table ( which was not self service ) then when it came time to pay. They made sure to highlight the tipping suggestions. I honestly don’t think I’ll be staying at doubletree again after this.

Upon arrival, there were over 10 People waiting to be check-in. No grace period at check in time. Had to wait 30 after check-in time to check in. Rooms were not ready but you’ll be charged $529 if you don’t check out on time. , parking was an additional fee. Parking should be free. The property was freezing. No discount after waiting 1/2 hour to check-in. I would definitely only stay at double tree again in an emergency

Sadly our stay wasn’t good!. Dirty room, leaky toilets, running sink, dirty dirty stinky sheets.. make sure you ask for fresh sheets always!! Never drink the bottle water in the room

We atayed in the premium suite nd when i got home my a bed bug on her clothes..the room wasnt throughly cleaned dust everywhere and fridge was dirty..we werent avle to check in to after 4 pm jist to get there and the room is still dirty

The property is dated, even after providing my hilton honors number it still was not inputted into my account at check out. The “hot” water was lukewarm at best not making for a comfortable shower.

The hotel is an absolute gem! The front desk lady was incredibly professional and friendly, setting a warm welcome for us. The beds were incredibly soft, making for a restful night before our trip to Madrid the next day. One of the hotel’s best features is their 24-hour airport shuttle service. Every thirty minutes, a shuttle bus arrives and departs, making it convenient for guests to reach and from the airport. The hotel’s location is perfect, offering a stunning view of the airport from the windows. Now, let’s talk about the breakfast. It was an absolute delight! They had a wide variety of cereals, yogurts, and fresh fruits. The hot buffet was equally impressive, featuring fresh eggs, crispy bacon, sausage links, and French toast. And for drinks, they offered a refreshing selection of juices, including freshly squeezed orange juice, apple juice, and coffee. The dining room was clean and inviting, with attentive staff ensuring that everything was in order. One of their employees made sure to keep the tables clean by removing any dirty plates as soon as a guest left. Overall, our stay at this hotel felt like coming home. It was a comfortable, convenient, and delicious experience. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great hotel in the area.
