Staff was friendly and helpful, checkin and checkout were quick and easy. Checked in before the Green Day concert and just dropped off our bags and got the room key because we knew we wouldn’t be getting back to the room until midnight. First room they gave us, the key didn’t work, so they changed our room the the one across the hall. When we got back to the room after the concert, the ceiling had mold and the bathroom towel rack was falling off the wall. We were exhausted and didn’t want to request another room and move, so we just waited til the morning to tell the front desk of our room issues. They noted our issues and told us someone would contact us. No one contacted us, so my wife called to see if we could get a refund/discount or a future room comp. We were told there was nothing they could do. Very disappointing as we have stayed at this hotel several times when flying out of Philly with early morning flights
