Spacious room; location near Moana Center; nice lobby, small pool, room was dated. Breakfast costs $5.23 per person - having said that, the breakfast was great. Six choices of made-to-order dishes such as omelettes and pancakes.

Cool for one night
This is an old hotel. So the room door was cracked. The tub was dirty. The fridge made a noise all night and there was no soap we had to ask for it. But the restaurant my Lord everything was delicious the staff was amazing the juice was fresh and we paid like $30 with tax and tip. That’s why this place gets 5 stars for me. Plus it is in a very convenient location. There’s a Ross, Walmart, Starbucks, and about a mile down is a mall and the beach.

Property was basic and outdated. Pool had very limited hours. Hidden "resort" fees and parking was bout $35. You could stay closer to the beach for not much more. Took super long to check in. They only had one staff person (who was great) but the process seemed cumbersome and check in was slow. (Like a half hour with just one person in front of me).

Staff are nice. I paid over $200 for one night—probably because it was during a high booking period, December 29. The rooms are comfortable and clean enough and the location and breakfast coupon deal are great. The quality of the rooms, however are not worth the $200 plus rate if you have other options.

Long Hair of other people everywhere, dust, stains, broken desk handle, resort fee for a newspaper that doesnt exist on weekends they say of 35 usd and so on… pool closed 6pm and place is also a loud student dorm. Plexiglass chrck in window like a vegas motel in a movie. Scary homeless lingering around property.

Love the shopping and dining options of the hotel's location. It's within walking distance of Walmart and Ala Moana shopping center. Love this hotel it's our home away from home.
