The heater in my room blew out cold air all night. When I arrived there was nobody at the front desk for at least five minutes. I seemed to have been over charged and the clerck told me "there's nothing we can do. Take it up with Expedia."

Super disappointing
Awful location, rude staff who weren't even around half the time, the website lied saying this location had complimentary breakfast -- they do not. Said it had free wifi, it does not. The room was not clean, was missing the remote control for TV, there were loud guests and construction on property, you name it.

Conveniently next to the airport, but the room itself was incredibly loud—the toilet/pipes running and the ventilation kicking on made it difficult to sleep. The worst offense was the odor of the room.

Short stay
When we got to our room there was a bag of laundry outside our door in the dim hallway. Phone was disconnected and did not work. TV was plugged in but had no working connection. Room cleanliness was questionable with some brown spattering on the paper covering the spare rolls of toilet paper. Walls are paper thin. The room next door had a radio alarm go off at ~3:00AM and it was blaring until 3:40AM with nobody to turn it off. Will probably fork out more for a more comfortable room in a different location next time.

ROOM FILLED WITH BUGS
BUGS literally scattered when I turned the lights on. LOTS of bugs. The floor was sticky and the cabinet was broken. Got stuck here because of a flight delay, and got a last minute hotel after midnight. GROSSEST stay ever, and I was in the military.

We were coming from a wedding and called to say we were gonna be late checking in. We were told if we weren’t there by a certain time they would cancel our reservation and we would be charged the full amount and not given the room even if we showed up after that time but before our check out time. There were people sitting on the floor and luggage in the lobby like they were either loitering or had been waiting around for a while. The elevator had skin all over the ground. Yes, skin like someone was peeling after being sun burnt and throwing it on the floor. I was in the room for about 5 minutes total before deciding I was not staying there. The floors were dirty, unswept, and sticky. The bed had urine stains all over, the appliances, cupboards, and counters in the kitchen were rusted and falling apart. There was a roach trap in the corner of the room. Disgusting doesn’t cover it. I turned around and checked out.

Stay away from this place!
The first room they gave us was in shambles. Seems like a smoker stayed in that room for YEARS. The shower had flys in it the light switches and outlets were stained everything had a film on it. When we complained they put us in another room. Still just as bad. Was a little bit cleaner. There were cockroaches. And for being a pet friendly place, wasn’t very cat friendly which is what we had with us. The fridge wasn’t put up against the wall leaving a gap for the cat to get behind and almost stuck. And because he has white fur we left there with him being yellow tinted and greasy feeling.

Poor room condition
The hotel definitely not worth the price paid. Had to ask for basic amenities(iron and things for the in room kitchenette. There was some type of construction on my floor, the room door was hard to open and close. The shower curtain did not close properly on either side of the rod so the floor got wet. The tub was peeling and the overall condition of the room and lobby was poor. Aside from that there were groups of people just hanging out in the parking lot drinking and smoking both at night and when I left after checkout. If it wasn’t because of convenience and other hotels in the area sold out I would not chosen to stay here.

Yikes!
I paid for a king bed room and got a full size bed (said it was queen but there’s no way) I got charged for the king anyways. The bathroom sink was clogged, the handle on the door was broken, all the drawers in the dresser were broken the freezer did not work, there was a bug in the bathroom. The sheets and bed cover were ripped I’ll add the pictures once I get back home
