It looks new and "fancy" outside but it's old inside. Our room has a very strong unpleasant odor. We were only there for the night so we just braved it. Doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel.

I was disappointed. The hotel is in a great location. Check in was quick and easy. Room was dated and curtains and bathroom tiles were in need of a better cleaning. Leather desk chair was worn and uninviting. We booked room for three occupants, only towels for two. I informed the front desk, yet nothing was done. Overall, I had high hopes but was disappointed.

The public areas of the hotel are beautiful! However the sleeping room is not great. The bathroom is tiny, only 2 bath towels and 1 hand towel. No wash cloth. Toilet paper was hard to find. Make up mirror was hanging off the wall by a thread. Odd living area behind the TV. It was odd.

The young lady at the front desk, Keirra (?), was amazing. What a joy to arrive and be greeted with such warm hospitality!!!

This was definitely NOT a 4 star hotel in my experience! The rooms look like they haven’t been updated since the 90’s. The bathroom was so small you could barely fit one person and had to maneuver around the toilet to get the door shut. Wallpaper was peeling off the walls and no fan/ vent in the bathroom. We had 3 tini tiny bottles ( 1 conditioner, 1 shampoo and 1 lotion). We used the shampoo as body wash and it was replaced next day with another conditioner! Complete garbage! The walls were SO thin we could hear the couple next room over having sex like they were in the bed next to us! This would have been an awkward convo if we had our kids with us. The ony nice part of the hotel was the lobby. That’s apparently where they spent ALL of their Reno money!
