I wished the room included an iron and iron board as well as robes to give the same affect as being in a hotel. Besides that I thought the property was wonderful- this is my second time staying at a Sonders Location. I really enjoyed there being a restaurant basically in the same building.

If you're looking for a simple stay and a very walkable area this place is great. Parking lot accross the street is expensive but cheaper than a ticket. You can pay the attendant or use the app. We paid through the attendant.

Stayed here for 2 nights, first walked in and loved everything about the place. After the long drive my boyfriend and I just wanted to plug in our phones for the concert we had in a few hours. Went to plug them in and our first problem occurred. The outlets weren’t working. Went to check and none of our amenities we booked the hotel for worked either. No TV, no refrigerator, nothing. After stayed up until 3 am with maintenance walking in and out of our room trying to fix the problem, the problem does get resolved but with the cost of having no sleep the first night. After our next day, we walk into our room and it’s flooded from pipes bursted in the bathroom. Either we are completely unlucky with getting this room or the quality of the room is a complete scam. Customer service is amazing but they can only do so much as there is no front desk or maintenance on stand by to help.

Really modern feeling and simple. Bathroom was clean. No staff on site except a security guard who was there till at least 11:30 when we walked in. Everything is explained in a few emails. Straight forward. Roof was sweet. It was empty when we went up around 4 on a Wednesday and had a great view of the skyline. There was a bar opening up when we left. Awesome spot in a really cool part of the Philly. South St is a great jumping off point to a lot of the city. Had unreal Morrocan one night, burgers and Greek food, all choice. Roku remote sucked.

We really enjoyed the room. It was clean as described. Though we saw no staff, we made use of the luggage storage room, and there were extra supplies in there if we needed them. The floors were a little sticky, and we think it was soap/detergent residue from being mopped, as the place was very clean. The room felt humid, but by keeping the thermostat set a little lower, we were able to rein in the dampness. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would stay there again.
