Outstanding customer service.
Our plane was late coming in to SXM. We followed 2 other planes in so they were going through immigration in front of us. We were not able to get to Alicia’s before they closed at 5. Our driver contacted them, explained the situation, and they stayed until we arrived. Talk about customer service! We truly felt like family and they were taking care of family without any question. A fabulous guest house with amazing staff.

Lovely place in a great location! Very clean and cool!! We stayed one night before taking the ferry to St Barts. The hotel is a few minutes walk from the ferry terminal.

Close to the Philpsburg beach and the Makana ferry if you are to travel to other islands. For me, it was a convenient stay on my way to Saba. The staff were absolutely pleasant, the room was nicely cooled with air conditioning as I walked in, and the room had any of the basic amenities you would require. I loved my experience here and would definitely recommend it.

Mrs. Barbara was so welcoming and kind. She did everything possible to make my stay comfortable and exciting. She gave good advice on where to eat, what to visit and times if festivals. The food recommendations was awesome the beach was perfect the night life was everything. My room was ok I should have went with the full or queen but it was just me so I went twin beds not my best move but still a great experience.

Alicia's Inn is a really great place to set down for a night or two. Its super centrally located, clean and super reasonable. But the real treat is the proprietor, B. She makes you feel like you're family when you're there. A home away from home.
