Our gated community includes a private entrance to the famous 11 mile Scottsdale Greenbelt, a heated pool and spa, an onsite office and maintenance team, laundry facility, and a business center! We serve fresh popcorn and coffee daily, as well as, the occasional donut day.

Use your private entrance to enter this particular home located on the first floor. Recently upgraded with tile flooring, new countertops, and cabinets. Furnished with a king size bed, your suite has all you need to feel right at home from the moment you walk through the front door. Each unit has a spacious living room, including a sleeper sofa for extra room, with a dining area; walk through kitchen with full size appliances; and a bedroom with an attached bathroom, large walk in closet, and private patio (balcony)!

The fresh and clean appeal of this home is perfect. The thoughtful little touches added go a long way to make this the perfect place to call home. All rooms are stocked with most cooking utensils, a toaster and coffee maker, 2 TVs, iron and ironing board, comfy pillows, and cozy furnishings. Beautiful comfortable property
We loved our stay, from the first moment we walked through the front door and was greeted by the staff, all the way to our departure. The grounds are spectacular, clean, and have every detail you could ask for, gorgeous flowering bushes, birds, loungers, umbrellas, grills, rocking chairs, misters, games, tv, fire places, and more! The weather was warm and the pool was a welcome site, we stayed by the pool or in the park like setting, all day everyday! We enjoyed it so much we didn’t want to leave. The room was nicely decorated with a patio, and the full kitchen offered us a few meals a day or snacks. Everything you need was stocked. The filtered water station was a perk we took full advantage of. We met several of the guests, most whom had stayed the winter, a few that have been coming back for years. We will be back, who knows, maybe for next winter!
