I mean, was it the people walking around drinking tequila and asking if I need help getting in my room, or that the room actually seems more like a prison cell? The door didn’t properly lock or unlock, causing a lack of privacy and safety. The front office person doubled as “security” and check in? I checked out 30 minutes after I checked in. Not worth the hassle.

Read all review from other people, I have nothing to add but great. We book at luxury suite with 2 queen beds and got a deal of $80/night. The property was taken care regulary and neat/clean.

There was no office staff after 6pm, I believe. So I wasn't able to get the Wi-Fi& password...we only had 1 pilots in a double room, and no towels. Other than that, it was great!

This place is tough. It's a gated building. One guy is the gate guy, the hotel person, and security all in one. He can only do so much. He sent me around the building with bad instructions, having to leave the gate then get back in. Very poor communication. The hotel door needed to be heavily persuaded to open and did not lock properly. The headboard was very loud and annoying. The hotel, however, was like $50 and did do the job of allowing me some needed rest. If you are a man, by yourself, and looking for something simple, go for it.

Do not stay here
Bad part of the city bums and sketchy people walking in and out of the area. The bed was so hard I should have slept on the floor. Thin blankets and small pillows. Food was left in the fridge from previous occupants. I hated my stay I didn’t even leave my belongings in the room when we left to the event we were attending. Only booked here due to limited availability of other hotels.

I did not like the fact that I was hung up on 4 times by Expedia and told I can change my reservation date by four people. By the time i got to the last person they wouldn't let me so pretty much there just gonna keep my money.

This place is very safe no getting in or out without security opening the gate for u. I have never had any problems here and have stayed at least a dozen times. Staff are very nice and accommodating
