Burn it down and start over ; then only thing worse than the cleanliness and breakfast is complete apathy by management when you complain EVERY DAY ; they just don’t want to clean your room , or fix doors or windows , or have a decent breakfast

Avoid if you can.
When we showed up the front desk employee was short with us and seemed like we were bothering her. She told us that we'd have to insert our key to our room about 5 times in order for it to work which was weird but turned out to be true. When we walked in both head boards have weird spots of oil residue and some platters included... Which who the heck knows what that was. The shower had previous shaved hair and long strings of hair inside. Mold on the ceilings from the water stained. The breakfast was not good. The eggs were over cooked and hard. We ended up not even eating the breakfast. It was such a waste to select this hotel for the breakfast and the pool because it was not enjoyable at all. Room smelled damp and old. I've never stayed in a hotel that didn't have a full length mirror.

There were two women at the counter when we çhecked in. The one checking us in had zero personality, not friendly or welcoming at all. She acted like it was a bother to be there. The other one said nothing, kept her head down and made no eye contact. Neither of these should be the first contact with the public.

We were initially put in a room that smelled like smoke and the A/C didn’t work. They put us in another room without complaint which smelled fresh and the A/C worked thankfully. Bathroom was below average for cleanliness. During the 4 night stay, our room wasn’t cleaned once by staff. Had to go down to the front desk myself to get soap and toilet paper. Breakfast was disappointing to say the least. Would not stay here again.
