A very nice stay for the most part.
Our room was very clean. We needed more light, though. The drawers couldn't stay closed; they kept sliding open. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with tissue and extra toilet paper. And my friend loved their iron! Staff was very friendly.

The lobby was clean and had a pleasant smell. Available parking in our area. The staff was very friendly. The bed was extra firm, not comfortable. The pull out sofa nice. Coffee pot needed to be descaled. The base of the shower needs to be replaced.

What I appreciate about this hotel is the safety and comfort it offers. Additionally, the room smells fresh and clean. We'll be staying in more Courtyard/Marriott in the future.

The service is phenomenal..I left my kindle in the room and called when I realized my mistake. The lady at the desk went and retrieved it for me and held it until I could come back to retrieve it. That kind of honesty and integrity and kindness was so appreciated!
