This could have been an amazing experience, but I reserved a ADA King and upon arrival, there were none available. The staff on Friday was rude, and their solution to my husband not being able to go to the bathroom and shower was a $25 dining credit. I provided proof of what I reserved and they told me they didn’t have record and it was only a request. I told them I called and confirmed and they asked me who did I talk to and what number did I call. I searched in my call logs back to May and showed the number, date, and time stamp of my call, and they still told me I didn’t reserve the correct room. We had to make purchases to make the room semi-usable for him as no other hotels were available. The following day I provided the email from their hotel through Expedia that confirmed I was suppose to have an ADA King. The staff on Saturday was very nice and offered to do more than a $25 meal credit. If we had been giving the proper room and not called a liar, this would have been an amazing hotel.

Stayed here for the Bears v Cardinals game and was very pleased with the distance to the stadium from the hotel. Hotel room was very clean and comfortable albeit a bit cold. Tash was overpriced and a bit disappointing with the $30 shrimp scampi which was cold spaghetti with a few shrimp, but we were comped dessert after being seated and ignored for more than 10 minutes. Overall we would definitely stay here again because the staff was very friendly and welcoming and the casino was highly entertaining with many things to do. Thank you!

Nice facility. Staff at Valet/check-in area are rude. Told us that they must take our keys while we check in, in case of an emergency and they need to move our car. No! My car was in the designated check in area and not in the way of anything. The way that the parking attendant barked at us was not called for. If he would have explained what their policy was, that would be different. Why even have an area to stop and check in if your employees are just going to piss us off at the very beginning of our stay, just tell us you don’t want our business! Had 2 rooms reserved through Expedia, no mention of Resort fees to be charged above and beyond what you paid to Expedia. Additional $32/room had to be paid to the resort. Also, 2nd room wasn’t ready for nearly an 1 1/2 hours after check in time. Won’t be going back to Talking Stick!

The property is huge,. So big that I didn't get to see all of it. I loved that the casino was smoke-free. The food was delicious no matter the restaurant. I plan on going back.

We loved the pool area! The Blue Coyote Cafe had a very good breakfast and we enjoyed a really nice meal and experience at Orange Sky. Truly beautiful views.
