Enjoy gorgeous mountain views and famous Arizona sunsets at our Paradise Valley Estate. This exquisite 6 bdrm/5.5 bath luxury home features 4 master suites (ensuites) in the main house. Our (4300sq ft) estate can host up to 16 guests which is perfect for golf getaways or family gathering retreats.

The gourmet kitchen boasts double ovens, a six-burner gas cook-top, state-of-the-art appliances and granite counters. Other interior architectural details include; polished marble floors, elegant vaulted ceilings and tray ceilings.

Unwind in your own private, resort-style backyard with spa, sparkling blue heated pool, water features, grotto, waterfall/slide, swim up bar, custom lighting, & practice putting green. Entertain in the spacious Ramada/BBQ area featuring a wet bar, TV, refrigerator, fireplace, travertine pavers, firepit & misting system. We describe the backyard as "resort-style living, without the crowds!"

Our estate offers a variety of recreation options: Pool Table, Foosball, and 1UP arcade golf game. The Paradise Valley Country Club is also right across the street!

Our driveway has parking space for up to 8 vehicles. Many attractions are less than 10 miles away from the estate. Save money and hassle and just get an Uber or Lyft driver to take you where you need to go. We are close to great hiking, restaurants, bars, shopping, golf, and other cultural attractions.

HOUSE RULES

++ 2023 Holiday Booking Requirements - Nov 22-26, Dec 22-26, and Dec 29 - Jan 2 must be booked as a block of dates as a minimum for the holidays. ++

* We have a strict no party or events policy at the house. No loud get togethers are permitted.
* Street address and email address need to be provided to receive all arrival instructions.
* Renter data form to include occupant and emergency contact information, and full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
* All Renters must submit ID & credit card verification to secure online portal.
* Daily energy fee to heat the pool is $75
* Additional terms and conditions apply. You will receive a copy of our terms and conditions via email which you can sign digitally. This is not an executed contract until you sign a copy of the terms and conditions.
* Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance and is a city ordinance inforceable by fines which the guest is responsible for paying.
* Standard rates include up to 8 people 2 years of age and older. Occupancy levels above 8 will incur and additional occupancy charge of $35 per person, per night.
* All renters are asked to clean the grill prior to departing or a fee of $35 dollars will be applied to your stay
* No Smoking inside the property is allowed.

* Completing the booking process -
After you book our home you will be required to complete an online form; we call our Renter Data Form which serves as the Rental Agreement.
After completing the online form, you will be required to execute an IP Address verified digital version of the Rental Contract within 3 days of booking.
A $300 Security Deposit is required prior to your stay. The deposit is in the form of a hold (pending) on a credit card from your day of arrival and is released by day 7 if there are no damages. Nothing is transferred during the hold period unless there are damages.
The online form will provide you with an opportunity to purchase the following optional services: Cancel for Any Reason insurance and regular travel insurance.

Wow. Simply wow.
This is an amazing property for your group. We just had four lovely days there, and Dale was one of the best hosts we’ve ever had. Our group does some meetings twice a year at different places, and this for sure is one of my top two that we’ve ever had. Although we had a few glitches, Dale was incredibly quick to deal with them appropriately and timely. This is definitely one of the best places in the Phoenix area to rent for large groups! We will be back!

We booked this property from December 4-9 for a family trip for our Mom's 60th Birthday. We had 8 adults, 1 17 year old, and 1 one year old. The house is huge, so big that we had one room that didn't even get occupied. Location is 10/10, close to shopping, golf, and everything we wanted to do. Driveway is huge, we had 2 rental vehicles and easily could have fit more. Only 2-3 things about the property kept me from giving in 5 stars. 1. A couple of the showers were so scalding hot it was hard to stay in to wash your hair, and a couple took forever to warm up. 2. The beds, with them being twins pushed together, a couple of the bedrooms had a big fitted sheet over the mattresses, but the sheet wasn't large enough and kept sliding off leaving you laying directly on the mattrress. Dale, the property manager was amazing, great to communicate with and even left us a bottle of wine to enjoy! For the one year old we had, it was amazing that there were a couple high chairs, 3 play pens, and even a stroller if need be! Would definitely stay on this property in the future and reccommend to friends.

Property needs work
The house is nice and big for large families, however it was very dirty walking on the floors, your feet were black and the kitchen sink was padded with food as it hadnt been cleaned which makes us wonder if the sheets were clean/ bathrooms were cleaned or just wiped over? The one bathroom had a glass door that was shattered and there was glass bits found on the carpet in the attached bedroom which we stepped on! The master shower was ice cold as it seems the heat knob was broke and seemed to be for while! Other showers were overly hot so hard to use!! We knew the pool temp would be cooler as we didnt request the heat on figuring it was 100 degrees should had been warm ...but the hot tub was very cold and never heated up and if that was in the charge to have pool heated that needs to be noted as we were looking forward to the hot tub! Dale and Shawn were good to respond by email and appreciated that, the house is nice and property itself and location, just feel the house needs to be better maintained. Loose tiles around the pool and tripped a couple times so those should be fixed before someone really gets hurt! Also knowing we needed to supply somethings on our own, Also feel for the cost there could be a little more cleaning supplies and garbage bags and kleenex as we had to but that right way! Mom’s Getaway
I stayed at this location with 8 friends and it was an amazing property! We loved the pool and swim up bar and hot tub. Everything was in working order and so easy to use! The house was so clean and beautiful! All the bedrooms had very comfortable beds and we loved that we could choose to have twin size beds. Overall, would love to come back to this property! So beautiful!!

Wonderful home and host!
This home accommodated our group of 12 (3 families) amazingly well. The flexibility to designate bed set up (king vs twin) in each room was a nice option. The outdoor space and pool were simply the best. Kids in our group ranged from 8-15 and there was something for everyone. The home was very clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Dale was wonderful and extremely responsive.

Wonderful Home!
We visited Scottsdale for a family reunion. The home was perfect! Very well stocked with all the necessities, comfortable beds, the most awesome pool with slide, outdoor kitchen and putting green. We used all of the amenities. Dale, the owner, was always available to answer questions. We couldn't have asked for more.

Family Thanksgiving Week!
Our whole family of 16 stayed comfortably at the house. The pool and slide were a blast for the kids. The outdoor grill kitchen was put to good use. Each family had their own room and bath. The game and pool rooms were also used and enjoyed. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, platters and serving bowls with a nice selection of spices too. The house is close to so many things To Do. 🦃

The property is highly suitable to a large group with enough king sized beds for 9 guys to each have their own, but flexibility to split many of them into 2 twin beds as well , if you have more. The common areas are spacious and the whole house is comfortable and well laid out. It has all the amenities for relaxing after a day of hiking or biking or other activities, and is convenient to Scottsdale.

Such a nice fun place to stay
The house had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We enjoyed the outside the most. The bedrooms were roomy with ample bedding. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of towels. The outdoor kitchen was amazing! We loved our time in the pool and just being in the nice weather. The manager was very attentive to a few issues we had and did his best to help fix things..

We have no complaints after staying at the Your Oasis property. Everything was accurately advertised in the listing and exceeded expectations. We had a larger group, which the property more than accommodated. The property manager was very responsive throughout the weekend and would proactively reach out with helpful information and tips. So much to do outside with the spacious backyard and amazing pool with a swim up bar. Overall - beyond pleased with our stay and would highly recommend!

Great house for everyone!
We had a great experience at this property with our group of 14. Comfy beds, lots of bathrooms, big kitchen and great area! Pool and outdoor amenities were amazing. Misters, waterfall and pool lights controlled from a remote with easy access. We didn't have warm water in the spa the first night but Dale had someone come over immediately and fixed the issue. Huge table that fit our entire party out back. One of the bedrooms looks to be a converted garage with epoxy floors and had a wall unit AC. This room doesn't receive as much as AC flow as the others, so definitely was a little warm in there. We were able to deal with it but in case you have hot sleepers, have them pick another room. The lower bedroom is on the side of the house by the main road so you are able to hear a significant amount of traffic in the morning. I Keurig coffee maker has both a pot and single serve options. The standard pot on this machine looks to be missing the spring in the filter tray so coffee takes a super long time to brew if left alone. We had someone stand there and hold it up and it brewed faster! We did have a few people working on our trip and the internet had to be restart a couple times because it stopped working during the day. All that to say this place was everything we wanted and more. We had such a fun trip. Dale was super attentive and great host. We will definitely be back with more friends and family. Thank you.

The area is spectacular. Super convenient and talk about beautiful. The house was great, even better than the pictures. We had a blast in the pool and used every inch of the rest of the outdoor amenities. Would recommend 10/10!!
