The house was as advertised with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms which was important. The house was clean and furnishings in good shape. The master bedroom was really nice. The check in and check out processes were straightforward. Overall a nice place and and enjoyable stay in the Phoenix area.

Almost Perfect For Us

Being guys on a golf trip the location was perfect. Located in the middle of most of the courses we wanted to play. I will definitely look into the availability of this property for my next visit. I wish we had access to a garage door opener(may have if I'd asked). I wish the patio seating was more suitable for eating.

Bowl Game Trip

We were looking for a convenient place to stay for the Fiesta Bowl and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The property was clean and well equipped for our family of 5. The space was wonderful and everyone having their own bedroom worked out very well. The putting green was the best part as it was too chilly to swim. Communication with Robin was excellent and he was happy to help us with any questions we had. The location was easy to get to and close to Target and other shopping. The property was very clean, which matters so much to me. Excellent neighborhood, quiet and just what we were hoping! Thanks so much.

Vacation in Phoenix

Had a wonderful visit and the House was just as we hoped! We had great weather for hanging out and grilling by the pool! Fortunate to have relatives in the area, but the house is very accessible to area activities. Our host was gracious and communicated very easy instructions for check in and check out . He also responded in very a timely matter. I give Robin and his home 2 thumbs up!! Will stay again in the future.

Our family of 6 spent about 8 days at this home in Goodyear, AZ. We enjoyed use of the pool and putting green. The pool was well maintained and the house was very clean and the perfect size with bedrooms for each of the adults. Centralized location made it easy to visit movie theaters, Phoenix Zoo, Top Golf And Childrens Museum. Then host/owner was easy to reach if needed.

Good house with lots of space and amenities.

Four good size bedrooms easily accomodates 8 adults. Great location for Goodyear spring training baseball. Good location for golfing in the SE (Estrella, Verrado, etc.). One major problem .......... barking dogs from backyard neighbor started at 5 am and went unattended for hours. Not the vacation wake-up call I was looking for.

I was a little unsure booking my first VRBO for our trip to Arizona! But let me tell you it was the best decision we made. The house was absolutely perfect! The size of the house, all of the amenities, and the location met all of our expectations. The only complaint we had was there were two dogs that barked all morning and most of the day but we understand that there was nothing the homeowners could do about that during our stay. And it won't stop us from booking this same house again the next time we head to AZ!!!

Nice house in Goodyear

The house was clean and well maintained. It had all the items we needed. We were there in the middle of a crazy heatwave so the pool was nice, but felt more like a hot tub sometimes. The video game was a blast challenging the kids to games I played when I was there age was entertaining. It is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining options, and entertainment.

Nice place, lots of amenities. Weather wasn't great for our trip so we didn't get to try out the pool. Our only complaint is the beds were pretty firm (uncomfortable), otherwise I would stay here again!

I was sold an executive retreat experience and this was a fraternity house. Shabby, run down, poorly maintained and dirty. We arrived to find a week's worth of someone else's trash rotting in the garage. The pool - a deciding factor in our property selection - was, for all intents and purposes, not available to us for the duration of our stay. We found a pair of men's underwear laying next to the pool and the owner-provided TV trays had congealed food from the prior occupants. Without resorting to pedantry, the property and it's facilities felt like a small town motel that was barely hanging on. As an example, the bamboo cutting board supplied was completely broken into numerous pieces. But, it was placed in the kitchen drawer like it had a purpose. A terrible impression that left us feeling the overall desperation of the property's economic viability to its owners. We moved on and adapted. Instead of a comfortable home base, we ate out. Worst vacation for 20 years.
