Meh
Overall, the suite had great space. However… The “kitchenette” had a half sized bar fridge that did cool things evenly (frozen in the back, not cold in the front), a coffee maker and a bathroom sink. No microwave or anything else you’d expect in a kitchenette. Room was older. Bathrooms were just ok, but the showers were icky. They had hair and blobs of conditioner in them (and random hairs on the “clean” towels). There were plenty of towels - this was a highlight. Lobby is extremely loud. There is no room service. “Do not disturb” signs don’t stay on the doors well. Waterpark was pretty good. But being from Canada, we could not use the ordering kiosks that you have to use to get food/drinks in there. You have to use a phone number and the only options are for US or Mexico phone numbers. So frustrating.

Fun place to stay!
Fun stay at the lodge with water park access, room was in good condition and there is plenty of activities to do on-site. Very family friendly and at check-in Jane was lovely, friendly, and attentive to our needs.
