The property was standard, nice and clean. The staff were pleasant, prompt, efficient, and professional. My hotel room #106 was the problem. The tv needed to be adjusted by a technician in order to work. The sofa chair had debris on it. The shower literally drained for hours after being used. The electric curtains did not work. So I had vehicle head lights shining in my room at night. The breakfast was fine with a few options which were nice but the waffle maker did not work.

Dirty and smelly
The entire hotel smelled bad and overall seemed dirty. Our room had black mold in the bathroom so we canceled the rest of our stay. The staff was nice and had good customer service but for the same price as the Renaissance, we would’ve preferred to stay there.

Front desk staff and all staff we encountered were great. Our room wasn’t the cleanest. Had to wipe some areas down when we got our room as we have little kids. Was still an overall good experience, would still stay at this location again. Great for stadium events.
