Great area!

Everything was good + except the TV in our room did not get all the channels available to the hotel. We asked aboutbit and were told the our room and a few others did not have all channels like in most rooms. No options were offered. Not good customer service on this matter.

The hotel was very nice and clean. I loved the room. The employees are wonderful very friendly. The only thing negative i can say is that if you like a firm mattress this is not the hotel for you. The mattress are very soft.

Everyone that worked at the property was very nice and friendly. The property is in a great location for concerts in Glendale at the Desert Diamond.
