Great location and staff
Very happy with our stay.The front desk staff are very helpful, courteous and friendly.We stayed here before and will probably stay here on our next trip to Phoenix.The location is very good us too,easy for the metro to and from the airport and an easy walk to Chase Field.

The free breakfast was terrible. There wasn't any plates,milk for cereal,bread. Nothing was stocked up. The other food that was available was cold. The staff that were there acted like they didn't want to be there.

The room was okay but had a nasty smell in the bathroom, we only stayed one night so didnt complain. Valet was horrible, they only had 2 people working and those poor people were trying their best but it was way too busy for them to handle.

The stay was for a concert, nearby. The hotel was convenient, for it was easily a 8 minute walk to the venue. The room was nice and very clean. The beds were nice and firm. The room has an adjustable thermostat, so you can adjust for temperature. The elevators were fast and quick, and near the front desk. The free continental breakfast is a major bonus to start your day. And, as always the front desk was very helpful and courteous. The only downside, I thought, was the valet parking. For there is no free parking around or near the hotel. All in all, everything was great. This was the second time I've stayed @ this location. I recommend this place to anyone.

The parking situation isn’t the greatest. Choose the valet. Self park is a block down and a little sketchy. There is no pool. Other than that, great place to stay for sport events

Nice downtown location that is close to stadiums and restaurants. The free breakfast is good, but valor parking is a little expensive at $42. We would stay here again though.

I was very disappointed that I stayed here to attend a concert at Chase Field. They were unable to valet my truck. It also did not fit in the parking garage that they gave me a self parking ticket for. We ended up being late to the concert because of an inability to find parking
