The hotel was fine but valet parking was ridiculous. Keep in mind this is an area we are unfamiliar with. There was only 1 attendant when we got there so we ended up parking ourselves after going around the block 4 times, we then gave the keys to valet for the overnight. In the morning we had to wait 15 minutes for anyone to show up to even get the car keys. However they couldn't find them. The car was parked right outside the hotel and we discovered that the car had been left unocked. It took another 45 minutes for them to find the keys. The attendant said they were left in another car.

I paid for a room with a city view and instead I saw nothing, just into an another building. Half the bed was snuck in. Otherwise the hotel was very nice and clean!

I would say the parking situation for the hotel is not the best. Valet vs Self and that expense is high. The car is not onsite and wait times can be long. I heard another group asking when they would get the car and it was already 20 min. Now when I checked out they had the car up front and ready without me calling so there is that.
