A great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Great location, easy access to get to any part of the city. A safe, gated community with good facilities. The heated pool was nice. Very close to shopping, restaurants. We would definitely come here again.

Mayo clinic appointment

So close to shopping, groceries, gas, and 13 minutes to Phoenix Mayo clinic. Hot tub, and laundry excellent amenities. All appliances small n large that you may need. Hopefully won't have to return BUT if we did need the Mayo clinic again we'd be glad to be here.

Owners spent minimally on unit. Toilet flush handle broken upon arrival. No comfortable chairs in living room. No table in kitchen area. Heater/air conditioner much too loud to use. One set of sheets. Smoke alarm directly above stove. Patio dirty. Neighbors rude to renters. I suggest that renters avoid this unit.

Perfect location, quiet neigborhood

The condo was easy to locate, was in a great location for access to Hwy 51 and then anywhere in Phoenix. Close to shopping (mall and Costco across the street, not to mention a movie theatre). The community has a heated pool, tennis courts and hot tub. We really appreciated that it was so quiet and gated. I would definitely recommend this suite to my friends and hopefully have a chance to stay there again ourselves. My only comment would be - it would be nice to have laundry in the suite. Thanks for a great stay!

Enjoyed my stay, though I spent very little time in the unit. Owners made it clear they were readily available to address any questions or concerns - but I had none. Nicely updated kitchen.

We had a great stay! The condo was well equipped with everything we needed, and we were only a few minutes away from everything we wanted to do while in town. The complex was nice and quiet, and the owners were very responsive. Would recommend to others and will stay again.

Nice unit

Spent one week in the unit in March 2017. Unit is in an older, middle class condo development but quiet, clean, well located, small but adequately furnished and well supplied with pots/pans/dishes etc. The kitchen had been nicely upgraded and the appliances were reasonably new. The Owners were quick to help when necessary. For the price, it was a good deal, We would stay there again!
