MASTER BEDROOM #1 ~ Features the largest room in the house, a large custom built in closet, 32" Flat screen with Apple TV hooked up, ceiling fan, dimmable lights, reading lamps, and a plush queen Bamboo mattress. This bedroom is separate from the rest on the right side of the house and there is a bathroom right next to it with a large stand up shower. There is a barn door that allows you to shut off this whole side of the house making the bathroom connected.
MASTER BEDROOM #2 ~ On the opposite end of the home it features French doors leading out to the backyard, connected bathroom, a closet with a luggage caddy & hanging rod, remote controlled ceiling fan with light, dimmable reading lights, and an organic queen mattress.
BEDROOM #3 ~ Features a super comfy queen size bed with memory-foam Tempurpedic mattress cover, ceiling fan, closet with a luggage caddy & hanging rod, reading light, and is very bright with a large window.
BEDROOM #4 ~ Has bunk beds with a twin on the top, queen on the bottom and a twin trundle. There is also a desk which is bathed in natural light from the large south facing window.
THE KITCHEN ~ Somewhat gourmet with the Jenn Air gas range & hood, super quiet Bosch dishwasher, the best knives & cookware money can buy, along with an Oster blender. So if you plan to do some cooking you're in for a treat! Fully stocked with wine & champagne glasses too. We have a whole house water filtration system. There is also a gas grill out back for your use.
THE LIVING ROOM ~ Has a 50" 1080P-HD flat screen smart TV, so you have access to Hulu, Netflix, Amazon Prime video, movie rentals, and much more. We have high-speed wireless internet as well that works great all the time. There is also a giant ceiling fan that is almost silent and really keeps it fresh.
THE YARD ~ Is one of the most beautiful attributes this home has featuring an orange, lemon, lime, olive, and fig tree. Fragrant flowers such as jasmine, and gardenias. Lots of shade trees, and some green grass to lay in (sometimes not so much in the summer or transitioning months). Back yard also has a free standing hot tub to relax in.
THE HOUSE ~ Almost all the furniture is handcrafted from India, Bali, or Morocco. We're big into health, so you will have the added benefits of having a whole house water filtration system and cabinets packed full of organic spices & ingredients for you to use. There is an 80 gallon hot water heater, so you can use both showers at the same time while doing dishes and still not run out. Every room in the house has a ceiling fan in it.
LAUNDRY ROOM ~ We have a nice washer and dryer for you to use if needed. Also an ironing board and iron

Spring Training Getaway

We stayed here for our annual spring training getaway trip. The house was great for our purpose. We don't spend much time in the house when we travel so our needs aren't many. This house did great for us, enough room for us and we enjoyed the hot tub. We did find a little pub with great food and ambiance within walking distance so that was a plus.

Just Alright

This house was just alright. It is a small bungalow style home, which does have some charm and a beautiful backyard. The host was communicative and addressed any issues that arose. The home is older with a lot of quirks (like needing to push a button to one bathroom to start the hot water anywhere in the home). We did enjoy our stay, but it is definitely an older home in an older neighborhood. I don't think the home really lived up to the pictures. For the price of the home, I would definitely look at other options in the area.

Graduation Stay

The property was a bit older but very quaint. Very good location to everything we needed.There were cards and games for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great master shower. We really enjoyed a nice fire in the evenings. Very homey. We were very comfortable.

Disappointing!

I have never written a bad review on any VRBO we have stayed at so here goes. The reviews for this property all are excellent so that is why we booked. The reality was quite different. The neighborhood it sketchy at best which was the first clue that things might not be as advertised. The house from the outside great but once through the gate it is quite different. The furniture and rugs were all very dirty and stained and the beds and bedding were old. The kitchen was OK but by no means a gourmet kitchen. All of the dishes, pans and drinkware were odds and ends that looked like they were from a thrift store. We were also surprised that there was no cable TV. I did plan on touching the TV since it looked like it was falling off of the wall. The outside was ok but again the patios were unkept and tired. It felt so dirty in the house that we left and went to a hotel!!!

Location good, house OK.

We chose this house because of its backyard and location near Old Town. The yard fully lived up to its billing (and there was an orange tree with fruit), but the house fell a bit short. It is in an older neighborhood and it needs some TLC. Sound carried through the walls and would disturb sleepers. My wife noted that while well equipped, the kitchen was disorganized (she reorganized it so we could use it). She found dust under beds and furniture, and mildew on the inside of the hot tub lid. The previous visitor had reported that the dishwasher was not working. Manager got a repairman out quickly, especially considering it was 12/26, but he took three working days to fix it. That was disruptive.

We weren't at the house all that much as we had activities with family for the wedding that we were attending, but it met our family's needs for all of us to stay in one place together. We didn't use the backyard much, but it is really nice with the Arizona weather. We did sit outside and drink coffee in the mornings, but it could really be used much more than we used it.

Quaint & comfy

Stayed here as a family total of 10. Sleeping arrangements perfect. Loved the backyard area…. Peaceful and very pretty at night with lighting. A/C works great too. Only areas of suggestion: - decrease chlorine in spa, we didn’t even use because it was burning our eyes just opening the cover. We left cover open hoping would decrease, but no luck. Bummer - more dishes for food prep and cooking please. We struggled to have enough to cook and serve for our group. Please add more large pots, pans, and bowls. Overall nice place! Ty

Perfect home for families

We came to Scottsdale for a wedding. This home was perfect for our two families with children not a need was left unmet! The backyard was beautiful and spacious with plenty of room for the kids to play. The bedrooms were comfortable and living area was adequate for all of us! Would stay here again

Old Town

We visited Old Town to attend spring training baseball games. The location was ideal for what we needed. We felt that the house was not as clean as it could be. The back yard oasis was very much a surprise for us and it was fantastic. We really enjoyed our evenings outside relaxing after the games. The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare our meals. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at Old Town, but felt the bathrooms and floors could have been a little cleaner.

Great location

Location was great, home was everything we needed. Kitchen was stocked, the yard space was great and rooms were spacious. The hot tub was not working when we arrived, which was a bummer. However, they were on it getting the repairs needed and communicated with us on the status. Much appreciated and would stay here again!

Bachelorette weekend

We had an incredible time in the house to celebrate a bachelorette party! We loved the outdoor seating and the hot tub and spent a lot of time in the backyard. It was so close to downtown scottsdale and super easy to uber to and from.
