Never Again
Loud from the nearby freeway & ghetto people being loud into the night. Disrepair here & there. I lucked out by being the last in line when I was checking in in the evening because the 1 & only clerk went to lunch & left a few people having to wait a half hour until she came back to be checked in. All tgis for $60+ for a night. These dive hotels in PHX have been getting away with murder for years.

They said they supplied Fridge & microwave but wouldn’t give me one when asked. Must keep lights on to keep roaches from running around. Needs building code inspections. However the check-in agent was courteous & welcoming & made me feel safe from others loitering around.
