A decent hotel for an overnight or longer stay when budget is a priority. Close enough to the high end district like Kierland. Somewhat dated amenities but functionally very good. Easy access to parking, BF included. No frills but very cost effective

Not a Scottsdale Hotel.
Very basic “motel 6” hotel. Clean. Air conditioner not working well. DO NOT STAY WHEN HOT. Breakfast is adaquate considering the price. Customer service was good. Not what you’d expect in a Scottsdale Hotel.

The bed was really nice and comfortable, and I like the shower, which had shampoo and conditioner dispensers built-in, but the place reminded me of an old Motel 6 that had been renovated to be a better quality hotel than it really was. It really was not that great of a hotel especially for the location. I definitely would not stay there again. The staff was very friendly and fast but I really thought I had reserved a much nicer hotel and was sorely disappointed when I arrived.

Stayed a week and felt safe enough. Can walk across parking lot to Starbucks and Potbelly for a sandwich. The front of the property is under construction right now but not a huge problem. The breakfast could have been better if it offered a different meat each day. The sausage links were too greasy and that's all they had every day.
