The pictures did not do the house or the yard justice as it was well above our expectations. The house was large, clean and had everything we needed for our stay and well stocked with everything advertised. We thoroughly enjoyed all the outdoor space available and made the most of our time there. The property did not disappoint in any way!

Great house for kids

It's difficult to find a large, nicely appointed home that accommodates young children, and this one definitely fits the description! With a removable pool fence, an incredible playground, and large lawns it was perfect for our three grandchildren. It was also a wonderful home for gathering our family with plenty of room for all. I would have given it a 5-star rating if not for the hot tub. Although the pool was heated, the weather was chilly so we were looking forward to the hot tub as well. Much to our dismay, the hot tub was heavily chlorinated and ridden with algae. Those of us who dared to go in ended up with skin rashes. Otherwise, we had a lovely stay.

Tired house needs updating

House was clean but facilities/furniture were old and need to be updated. Internet never worked despite contacting managers. One toilet was broken, several outlets (including master bath) did not work. Hot tub was more of a tepid tub as we could ever get the temp above 90. Overall, a disappointment

Absolutely phenomenal property and guest service, would highly recommend. Only downside was the pool was very dirty during our stay. We were told it would be cleaned the next day upon check in but it never was.

Family Holiday celebrating daughter's birthday

Property was beautifully landscaped with a play ground for our grandchildren. The house met all of our needs and located at a great location in Scottsdale. I would highly recommend this property for a family trip.

Beautiful property & checkin, thank you so much! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ but there are too many coyotes in the area. One growled at me and I could hear them howling and eating. We found dead bunnies in the morning and saw the coyotes in the yard.

We had a great time using the property and all its amenities. The pictures accurately depict everything the property has to offer and we especially enjoyed the expansive and private backyard. The rooms and living area inside was very nice, but theoutdoor space in the back really stole the show.

Awesome Experience

Great trip from beginning to end. Was in Scottsdale for my 30th b day with friends. We were all blown away by the house and property. The pictures really don’t do justice to how cool this place really is. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m In Scottsdale.

AZ Group stay

We had 5 couples stay in mid Feb and everything was perfect. The layout of the property, proximity to Old Scottsdale, amenities, etc. It was exactly what was described and delivered. The host gave us very detailed instructions to check in and info for the stay. We had a few questions and their responses were very timely. Would absolutely stay there again.

Adam worked with us and our flight schedule to make things work for us. The home was a great venue for my work team that wanted to stay together while attending a conference within walking distance. The gated, secured property was comfortable and even luxurious.

Big get together get away

House is great because it has 8 beds, game room, outdoor bar and kitchen, pool. Back yard is big. Maybe too big. Half is blank and unkept, but the half you use is great for 5-10 people. Like a lot of vrbo’s slightly out dated but very functional. I walked home from Old Town twice. Canal access for running is at end of street. Kitchen equipment is well stocked. If you have 6-12 people, it’s a great place.
