Great hotel for cheap right off frwy. Clean and quiet. Best thing was the pool.for the kids. Its shaded so great even with the warm weather

The whole hotel was so dirty including my “freshly cleaned room” I found men pubic hair on the sink and the toilet paper. The hallways are stained so bad. The free breakfast was decent however the sausages looked undercooked

The hotel was fine, but the check-in ladies at the counter were horrible. We walked in at 11:00 p.m. after a delay and they said nothing to us as we walked in and made no eye contact. Then 1 girl apologized all on their own for realizing how rude they were to us as she excuse it as a shift change. It was just myself and my daughter on a girls trip and I could not have been more turned off by their customer service. The hotel room itself with one king bed was tiny and the furniture is funky. It was clean and quiet & the pillows were incredibly comfy. The 12:00 p.m. late to check out is nice. The lobby itself is decorated attractively and fun and the location has many options for dining and drinks.

The only discouraging experience I encounter was the allowing of pets to stay at the hotel. There were two different incidents during breakfast that guest had their dogs in the food area. One gentleman was handling his dog and handling food at the same time. And the other guess had their dog on a leash. But once again handling food . Very big deal in my 0pinion!!!!
