We were very satisfied with the hotel and highly likely i will recommend it to friends. All the people we interacted, Ms. Nana and Molly in the reception, Ms. Pop and Noo An in the Andaman Kitchen restaurant, the babysitter ladies in the kid's play area were amazing which made our stay great. Facilities, especially the direct connection to pool from our room was amazing. Happy hour offers were also something to mention, we enjoyed them. Only improvement might be related to the variety of food options and diversity of the menu for the dinner and lunch. I would prefer more international options but it was still one of the better ones in Phuket. The existing menu items in the kitchens were delicious, we enjoyed the steak and slow cooked beef cheek options a lot in Andaman Kitchen. We hope to be back sometime in the future.

We were disappointed for not be able to swim due to very low tide. Had to walk 30 minutes to find a bear by swimming area. The pool is very large and goof for swimming lovers

Quiet super relaxed atmosphere. The food was good especially Mama's kitchen. Probably the best massaman Curry that I had in Thailand. Not near the big shopping centers like hotels in Bangkok but this was a great place if you want to relax and enjoy the beach

This is our second time staying at this property and loved it just as much as we did the first time. The food is great, the beach and surrounding area is perfect fro a quite time away from everyday life. Their shuttle service to the nearby town is perfect. And its a short distance away even if you want to hire a taxi/tuk-tuk to go on your own. Would recommend this and go back, for sure.
