I arrived and was told me must take our shoes off on the street before coming in. Once entering, it is a deplorable old building with broken furniture in the hallway.
On entering the room, the light switches did not function and the lights mostly did not work.
After inquiring about this, the woman at the front said they would begin repairs. So they were bringing in ladders and tools as me and my friend are sitting there, cannot believe what is happening.
The front desk person said we could get the owners approval and find another hotel. Expedia confirmed this. We had to stay for 1 night, when we woke up we checked out.
The woman at the counter said that yes, the owner had authorized a refund for the remaining 3 nights.
The woman at the front counter, whom sleeps on the ground next to the counter, is a blatant liar.
This place is disgusting and they are liars. Thieves.
